I came in an hour before closing on a Sunday, and the whole staff was so pleasant, helpful, and kind. Ms. Dot helped me hook my jeep up. She is an angel on earth! She is the most kind, hardworking, and vivacious woman! I also had the pleasure of working with her again when I returned my rental. In our brief time spent together chatting, she was really inspiring and was just the sunshine I needed on what was an otherwise gloomy day for me.

I have rented from this location at least 5 times over the past decade and have always had a really great experience! Everyone is friendly, they have all the supplies in their store that you might have forgotten you need, they give you great instructions and they work hard not to waste your time. Totally recommend!

These people at the u hall 410 w Marshall avenue is scammers the dude John he allows it I rented a u hall they told me it's at a half a tank and I have to put it back that way witch I did comes 1-7-25 they done took 30.65 out my account I called them john pick up I'm telling him what's going on instead of him trying to figure out what happened he hang the phone up in my face then I called back talk to a lady she going to say I went 27 miles I said ma'am I live in Longview I moved 1.6 miles I might went 2 miles when I returned the truck it was at a half of and now y'all trying to say I moved 27 miles out I want never ever again go to this u hall on 410 w Marshall Ave

My wife and myself come to return a car hauling trailer and the gentleman that were working were more worried about there phones then our service! They were very rude to us and I would not recommend this branch of u-haul to anyone!

We would recommend a receipt when items are returned. We returned both dollies and the trailer seven minutes before closing. Today, I received a text and a call at 10:17 am wanting to know when we would be returning the dollies. I told the lady the gentleman took the dollies inside of the store, when we brought them back. He came out and helped unhook the trailer. When he went back in, it was closing time. We did not receive any paper showing we returned anything. It should all be on their cameras, should it need to be verified. Thank you.

Rented a truck for two days, but the kids surprised us and we only needed it for one day. Asked if we returned it on same day we rented it, would we get any refund. We paid 825$ for two days. They said no since it was one way. What a rip-off! We will never rent from them again!! So we will keep the truck until Sunday before turning it in. They also do not honor veterans…..Losers!!!
