rude staff, no one greeted me nor even acknowledged me when i was ready to check out, was standing here for about 3 minutes while they were behind the counter just talking acting like they weren’t acknowledging me there ready to purchase my item, finally after being ignored someone came up an checked me out definitely wont be returning

Truly the only reason i'm giving a five star review is because of Emily!!! She's the only person who came and acknowledged us after we walked by several other staff members. Emily was super helpful , very friendly was the only person that was walking around asking people if they needed anything or if they could get any suggestions!!!! Truly, a shining star she deserves a raise and she needs to be a manager! The front cashiers were friendly! I didn't get their names but were very sweet! To walk by beauty consultants that were more interested in their conversations instead of telling me what was new or asking me if I needed a suggestions. I love to hear what's new and definitely would've loved to know what I could have bought for my upcoming trips. Emily definitely deserves 11/10

It seemed like no one was available to help me. There were three women behind the counter, but no customers for them to help. I asked if someone Could show me the men’s cologne, and one of them asked “ Are you going to buy something?”. I named the type of cologne that I was looking for and she said “I don’t think we have that here”. I insisted that someone show me the men’s cologne section because I had looked it up on the Ulta website And it showed that it was in stock.
When I went to pay for the cologne, the manager insisted that I give my phone number and I said no that that was private information and I did not give it out, She said that if anything were to happen to the product that I could not bring it back and exchange it or return it since I didn’t give them my phone number.
I have no reason to come back to this store, I will purchase my colognes online or from another department store in the future.

One of the lower quality ulta’s. Management team and staff don’t care about customer service or helping guests. It seems like they only care about selling the credit card. The store is clean and well maintained. There is the normal occasional mess like testers and products being destroyed. It’s majority of the managers that are careless and show no genuine concern or even interest.

Everytime I go here the girls are super rude and they don't even know what product they sale. They are always huddle around talking never wanting to help anyone.

I love seeing my hair stylist Stephanie and Lisa when I have facials or makeup for special events. I have always had a good experience here. Everyone so far so good is very friendly.

I walked in and nobody greeted me, though there were three associates standing toward the entrance just talking to eachother. What sucks is I did need help finding the products I was looking for but was not asked once (while I was searching) if I needed help. And only when another lady came up beside me after I had found the items did someone come up to ask if we needed assistance. I have had this happen to me multiple times and it's irritating that it's an ongoing occurrence with each of my visits.

Ashley is Amazing. She stayed with me the whole time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and her color match was absolutely spot on. Plus it only took her a few minutes to get perfectly!! Loving my products!
