The staff are always polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Because our post Office in Marshall is closed on Saturday, I frequently go to this particular post office in Longview simply because they are so everything the post office should be. Kudos to all the staff there and thank you for your great service.

Very nice people. I had an issue with my lockbox key and the post clerk took care of it. I got my package that day. Then a few days later, the post master called to make sure I got my package.

Acting like they’re busy and can’t answer the phone while it’s ringing for 5 min. Probably sitting in there on the computer playing candy crush

The clerk was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions with a smile. I stood in line for about 30 seconds. Best service possible!

Driver stated they did not have access to driveway are from door. That’s a lie. Nothing blocks either one. Another time Driver delivered medicine ( same package ) to wrong address not once but twice.

The fact that they won't put 2 strips of tape on a box when they have it sitting next to them 0/10, go down the road to the Judson post office!

Love the crew here! I run a small business and they’re always so helpful. Sometimes they even let me scan my own packages.

Does not have passport application services. Was told all post offices offer passport services by the state department of travels website.

Staff is not concerned with helping the customer… Pretty rude and nonchalant. Tall skinny black man with glasses and black hair.. and short older white lady with blonde hair

Lost my mail multiple times. USPS tracking website freezes with regard to status cues for days. On multiple priority mail shipments it stated my mail was enroute to the next facility over a 5-7 day period for a domestic shipment WITHIN THE STATE. Where the hell are y’all taking my shipments that takes 5-7 days of travel? Facility hopscotch? I hope the new federal DOGE office scrutinizes the USPS. It’s taken a nosedive over the past 20 years and has finally crashed and burned with moss and cud-zoo vines grown all over it. Does the postal service even review all these negative reviews? Maybe AI will take over automation of this service soon. As with many other federal agencies, this one has stopped serving the public and started serving itself at the expense of the public.

unbelievable. Christmas gifts were delivered late due to delays, which i more than understand. But what i don’t understand is how we had delivery confirmation days ago for our parcel locker and they did not leave a key for us to access the parcel locker as per procedure.
i’ve been on the phone with them more than once, first time they told me it would take 2-3 business days to even be contacted about the situation. Mind you, the situation is a couple hundred dollars worth of items locked in a box in our parking lot that we have no access to.
it’s been days without contact, follow up, or resolution.
i call them again, was told that they would resolve it today by putting out the request in the scanner, and if that failed the woman on the phone would personally come out and resolve the issue.
it’s now an hour and a half past time for them to close, and everyone else in the complex received their mail AND KEYS FOR THE PARCEL BOXES FOR THEIR PACKAGES.
Seems like they are intentionally not trying to help, i have a note on our mailbox asking them to help and contact me with my phone number on it as well. Which is being ignored and i can only assume it’s deliberate. They are continually neglecting their duty and now it’s them withholding our mail, im sorry, isn’t that illegal?
absolutely unbelievable.

Does this post office answer their phone? Nope! (Called up to five times in one day and never gotten an answer)
Does this post office deliver packages that require a signature even if you didn’t sign? Yep! (Was out of the country when I got a notification that my package was signed for by me! Wild stuff. Luckily it was still there by the time I got home)
Does this post office NOT deliver packages that require a signature even if you’re there watching as they drive by your house? Sure do! (Was sitting in my living room and saw the truck drive by. Figured they’d delivered w/o a signature, so I went out and guess what? No package. No attempt to even get me to sign. Sure, it was like 6 PM and they needed to get home, why bother doing the full extent of your job?)
In person, I’ve had mostly great experiences with this staff, but calling in or having reliable service outside of that building? Good luck.

Can't reach the office by phone. Package delivered; website shows out for delivery two hours after delivery. A supervisor told me they take pictures and scan packages in real time. Hmm. Apparently, not real time.
