Hot Box is a shop with a great vibe and good energy, where customers feel welcome and never rushed or overwhelmed. The employees are consistently described as super nice, kind, helpful, and informative. They provide excellent customer service, are always willing to honestly answer any questions, and share their knowledge. The shop is also noted for being very clean. They offer a wide selection of products, including pretty good cannabis, flower, and pre-rolls. Their glassware selection is larger than expected with very nice quality. For vaping, they are highly recommended for vape juice and hardware, with the option to try vapes before buying. They also have the best deals. Overall, it is considered a great place and the best vibe shop.

One of the best shops in all of ETX by far!! Most affordable from any other shop in that lot… in every category as well! Every single employee they have is super friendly. I don’t even live directly in Longview and l will drive extra, to this shop for the atmosphere. Thank you guys 🤘
