Update 7/5/25
The new manager Daniel is very rude and he's been reported many times by many different people that come too hot box. Went in there today with a vape that I had bought less than a month ago and was having issues with it he kept saying that the tank got hot or the fact that the vape doesn't have a seal on it it is a voopoo I never worked right from the time I got it I thought it was just a glitch in the vape or in the way I was using it he made excuse after excuse about they don't warranty tanks they don't warranty unless it's a manufacturer defect on the actual vape, we ended up buying a deal that we paid for vape juice and got a new vape and tank brought it home Make sure it was cool made sure everything was good with it put vape juice in it it worked like a charm work like my husband's $80 one looked at the tank at the top and it looks different from the one that I had I still have the old tank and the old vape something needs to be done I either need to receive a new machine completely free or something needs to be done about him All he did was complain and say what he couldn't do he never looked up when we bought the vape and I'm just tired of dealing with them I will not go back except to get my husband's vape juice because it has to be mixed but from now on I will not go in that store I will not have anything to do with them y'all are losing $200 a month in business because of your manager's poor attitude

One of the best shops in all of ETX by far!!
Most affordable from any other shop in that lot… in every category as well! Every single employee they have is super friendly. I don’t even live directly in Longview and l will drive extra, to this shop for the atmosphere. Thank you guys 🤘

Say I say it like this Hot Box should have a rating more then a 4.6 there rating should be out the roof cuz why u ant going to find no better customer service like u do at the Hot Box on Gilmer Road man I go there everyday r every other day I'm there when u walk in u feel the good vibe good energy man I will stand 10 toes down for them that's the best vibe shop I went to I know all of them they never changed up they going to keep it 💯 with u I have mad respect them frfr

My id and rewards are on file,went in to the free event the lady was very rude and said I can't get anything even tho I'm on file. I go here and tobacco junction every other day basically and it's gotten me nothing cancelled my rewards do not go here!!!!!!!!!!

I discovered Hot Box about a year ago. Every single employee in the store is always SO kind, helpful, and informative. If you have any questions, they will be truly happy to share their knowledge and help answer them. They also have the option of using a silicone mouth piece thing and trying the vapes before you buy them, which is an absolute money saver.
The pre-roll, flower, and accessory section is pretty great too. Again, everyone is so willing to honestly answer any questions.
Truly, a great place to be able to go. I love not feeling rushed or overwhelmed when I walk in.
