BIG BIG S/O to store manager , Claudia Duron! Her customer service skills were amazing! And she was amazing! She answered any questions I had and helped me transfer over my phones quick and easy! She also told me about all of the new products they have for phones these days. Lol. Thank you Claudia!!! Keep up the good work!

Technicians here show little concern for customers time or purchase price. They charge $40 for set up of phone that took two hours, sold me a defective screen protector, and over charged on the monthly plan. Upon return to shop to fix problems, they updated the plan but said I had to make a warranty claim on the screen protector. I do not recommend this outlet location and hope this does not reflect on Version as a brand.

A hustle people you have to understand this is not a authority for Verizon it's a third party store so each problem you experience you are going to have to get approval from a Verizon store not the store and LUFKIN OR Nacogdoches second they want 60 usd a month for cell service and it's only 40 with prepaid at T mobile in lufkin Texas that is a authorized T-Mobile store.. I have ran into this is traveling in telecom work around America and if you ain't got a corporate store.. YOU GOT ZERO AND ARE PAYING A THIRD PARTY MIDDLE MAN LOL ???

The best experience myself and my wife ever had at any cell phone store. Everyone at this store took extra time and understanding as our expertise of cell phones is very limited. They were so kind and helpful to our needs. Five stars to all of these employees. Will definitely recommend this store to our friends.

Jurea (I probably have spelling wrong!) helped me more than any customer service rep or technician that I have spoken with almost daily for three weeks trying to figure out why my hotspot, Bluetooth nor email would work on my new iPhone 14. She made a personal trip out to my home \u0026 fixed EVERYTHING! Over \u0026 above outstanding customer service to an extremely technically challenged old lady! I hope she is rewarded accordingly! So rare these days to find true, caring service. ❤️

Visited this store on Saturday. I was the only person in the place. My phone wouldn’t turn on. The lady at the store told me it was the battery and I could buy a new phone or take it down the road for repair. She wasn’t helpful at all. I took it down the road. They said it wasn’t the battery. Almost bought a new phone, but then decided to go to another store an hour away. The lady at the actual Verizon store was able to get my phone started and I didn’t have to bug a new one. I will not be coming back to this store.

We had to get my mother a new phone due to her old phone getting a bath in the washer. The young lady that assisted us did a good job. The problem is, another of the employees was complaining about the manager not giving her the next Friday off( name started with a J). She kept saying “I don’t know what his problem is, he doesn’t have any reason not to give it to me”. The girl that was helping us and one other was chiming in and all 3 were complaining about the manager not giving her the days off. This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate for any employee to do in front of a customer. Those three do not represent Verizon well. We won’t be doing business here any longer!

We highly commend Keila for her total support & absolute kind assistance. She went way above & beyond to help us every time we entered into the Verizon store, no matter what the circumstance. She provides the most outstanding customer service, demonstrates excellent communication skills, has phenomenal experience, she's a total joy &, an amazing blessing!!!blessing!!!
