What a CLUSTER FU€K!!! The pharmacy is run with all of the efficiency of a third world refugee camp. If you can avoid this location, do it. Go somewhere, anywhere else. A slow agonizing demise somewhere peaceful is better than waiting in these people to do their jobs. ZERO professionalism. The employees move around with the aim and direction of blind zombies.

ZERO STARS.This pharmacy kept me on hold for an Hour and 14 minutes. I would have hung up if I wasn't calling for my grandmothers meds. There was only 3 people ahead of me in the que. absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! When they finally picked up the pharmacy was RUDE.

Worst pharmacy staff imaginable. Walgreens needs to seriously reconsider who they are allowing to work in their pharmacy. I needed to get a rapid covid test before I was able to return to work. I tried to set one up for the next day, but ended up having to wait till the next morning and schedule one 2 days out due to them not having openings and only scheduling 48 hours out. I got to the drive through 5 mins early with all my documentation just like I was told to do in the email. When I got to the drive though, there was a sign that said the drive through was closed due to being short staffed. It also had a sign instructing what documents to show through your car window for the covid testing. I waited for an employee to come to the window so I could explain I was there for a scheduled covid test, not to pick up a prescription. There were multiple people inside, but none came over to the window. I held up my phone with my confirmation number to the window and an employee came to the window and vigorously pointed to the sign that said the drive though was closed, but refused to talk to me. I tried holding up my documentation to show that I had a scheduled appointment and wasn’t there for prescription pick up. A few minutes later another employee came over and vigorously pointed to the sign but refused to even give me the chance to explain I was there for covid testing. I tried 2 different times to call the store, but wasn’t able to get though to a person. Finally someone taped a second sign to the window saying to reschedule all covid test for at least Monday. I parked my car in the parking lot and went inside to speak to a pharmacist. As I was waiting in line, they looked as if they felt bad for being so incredibly rude and refusing to talk to me in the drive though, but said nothing. When it was my turn, I showed them my confirmation email and explained I was there for a covid test. They claimed they can’t do any covid tests until monday. I explained I made the appointment far in advance and that them refusing to do my test was keeping me from returning to work. I asked that they move my appointment to another Walgreens location and they told me I’d have to make another appointment online and wait to get in even though I had already waited on this appointment. On my way out, the lady behind me in line pointed out the self testing covid kits and the pharmacist overheard and held one up. The pharmacist had self testing kits right there at the pharmacy and didn’t even bother to offer them as an option. I never received any email or phone call letting me know my appointment had been cancelled and the pharmacists didn’t even have the decency to speak to me in the drive though or offer me the self testing kit after refusing to honor my scheduled appointment. This is not acceptable behavior and should never happen to a customer

When I show the manager my confirmation email of payment they have no right to ask to see my bank statement to prove payment. Would not give me my purchase unless I did. Ridiculous service.

They are very inefficant when it comes to the pharmacy. I've had to wait a very long time for my perscriptuons and was put on multiple waiting periods due to them saying they didn't have my perscriptions when my doctor said they did. They also hang up on you after you've waited 60+ minutes on hold and then finally answer the phone.

Constantly closed on and off or closed early or the drive thru is closed. Incredibly unprofessional. Whoever owns this branch, start paying a living wage and treat your employees like humans and you wouldn’t have this problem. This is suppose to be a pharmacy, not a dang McDonalds. You can’t just close and block people from their medication.

Worst customer service ever. On hold for 20 minutes and they kept picking up to put me back on hold without saying anything. Always closing early, whether the drive through or the inside pharm!! Just the worst!!

My scripts will be moving. Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes (615) only to finally get up to the window and they pulled the blind after the lady in front of me got her script. I was in the line 45 minutes before they closed. If I had any idea that operate like this I would have carried myself inside to pick up. No sign..no notice..nothing...an employee came out and walked up and down the line around 640-645 a walked around the cars in line but have no idea what he did. They knew what cars were in line that soon before posted closing time..there was one unlucky car left behind me also. I understand there are alot of sick folks right now but this type of service is unacceptable. If I would have known this is their brutal policy I could have gone inside well before 7. PS. There were only five cars in each of the two lines at 615..not alot for 45 minutes of wait time.

I was in a bit of trouble with my rx, I told them that from the beginning aaaand I still waited 4.5 hours to get my rx from them. And their customer service and front girls are ver rude, I mean come on girls how often are you going to repeat the excuse’ the sister is down.. or., or the system keeps flashing on and off. Trust me Walgreens pharm workers that excuse is over and out played, you say that as an excuse on how so or understaffed your store is. 4 and a half hours to fill one rx. I will never use this pharmacy again. Pathetic

Was on hold to the pharmacy for over ab hour and then the call disconnected. So I went uo there and I was told it would be ready by 7. I get up there at 6:45 and the pharmacy had closed. Then due to short staffing it was closed on Saturday and Sunday it was still closed. Finally on Tuesday it was open. I thought Walgreens was a large company, why do you not have people that can float to other stores. I will be pulling all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

My wife can’t seem to get her blood pressure medicine from this inferior pharmacy. Took two weeks to get. Then they sent a text to say it was ready to pick up. We drove from Gilmer to get it arrived at 4:00 pm to be told the pharmacy was shut down due to some mysterious emergency and they don’t know when it will be active again. Really Walgreens… how difficult is it to ring up a prescription that is already filled? You could get a half trained monkey to do that. Not doing business with Walgreens any longer. Bunch of incompetents.

Twice in the past month my grandson has not been able to get his needed medicine due to no pharmacist there. What pharmacy doesn’t have a pharmacist on hand!!!!! And it’s at least a 30 minute wait to get meds that are ready for pickup. My daughter called today to transfer all my grandson’s prescriptions out of Walgreens.

Please just figure out how to make your lines go faster at the pharmacy. They don't move. Why? It has been like this forever to where I feel like I have to go somewhere else now because I just can't spend an hour waiting in line. What is going on?

Sit in drive thru for 30 minutes due to cones blocking the drive thru. Found out that it was closed from a customer driving by. Need better sign or someone letting people know that you are closed
