Choose a different pharmacy. I think all the Walgreens around this area are about the same when it comes to customer service. I went through the drive thru pharmacy just now and the girl asked for my date of birth 6 times! I offered to write it down since I had just given her my insurance on a post it note she provided. She gave attitude from that point on and was abrasive . Not to mention it’s in a bad part of town with homeless druggies all over the place!

We had to pawn our personal iterms(again) just to purchase our medication today. We thought our new Walgreens pharmacy was opened until Midnight because that's what their automated system says. Can't ever get a real person on the phone to make sure. Can't trust the website because the hours are different. The website says they close at 6pm. When you have no money & are running around trying to find some, you run out of time & hope a pharmacy will be there for you.

Came earlier and was told my script would be ready in 30 mins...waited to this evening and here now!. Woman told me my script would be ready tomorrow!. Now I'm waiting another 15mins while they get my script together. Come on corp pay attention and get here and fix this mess!. People ain't got time to go back n forth and deal with this level of incompetence!.

They close at 12pm but they lock the doors at 11:30pm and watch people trying to come in to get something…I have a sick kid need some ibuprofen….why keep closing a store at a time that’s not listed….i hate this store so much I just wish they would close it down completely

Giving a 1 star because that's the lowest possible. Called the pharmacy to see if they have a prescription medication in stock. It's a medicine that there's a shortage of right now. pharmacy tech "Keesha"? said she couldn't give that information over the phone for the safety of the store. What? What does that even mean? She just didn't want to walk the 10 steps to actually check for me. Why is it that EVERY other Walgreens gladly gave me the info, even the ones that ended up having the medication in stock. Shameful

Lady working cashier on January 30 2024 at 5:35 pm was talking about previous customers to current customers calling people white trash. Amazing how she has a job considering she does it all the time! Will record and post on social media next time!
