Pharmacist was extremely rude. I showed up with enough time for them get my prescription, but was turned away. As I tried to explain I was not going to be able to pick up anything tomorrow due to having to leave, I was basically told hate your bad luck deal with your pain. If you’re going to advertise a time then you should stick to it. Closing early for your convenience is false advertisement

The pharmacist on duty Wednesday night March 19,2025 was rude and insulting and argumentative… very unprofessional….. I do not recommend this Walgreens 1775 Loop 281… very understandable why they have a 2.0 rating….. I will be using the Walgreens on Marshall ….

This is by far the worst place.!!! Go somewhere else. Pharmacist is rude and hates her job. In the drive thru waiting in line get to the counter lady ask for date of birth pharmacist proceeds to close down the window as were are talking grabs phone and says we are close by walks away.

If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I would. The night crew well Tuesday evening staff that were there were Fantastic were willing to fill my prescription right there and then we’re just waiting on Dr to send it over. He didn’t sent it until Wednesday Morning they have had it for 2 hours it’s not like they are busy, busy. When I walked in the staff was very un professional this AM staff and were talking about coming in early and none of them wanted to. She said like I told you on the phone I can’t give you a time frame of when your meds will be ready I’ll put your name on the board I live a hour and 1/2 away and have to be back at work by 1 and don’t have the gas or time to drive to Longview for a 3rd time in 2 days. I’ve never been to a Walgreens that didn’t go ahead and work on your prescription or say it will be ready in 30 mins not we have no idea. Will not be back to this one.

Most of the pharmacy staff I’ve had misfortune to interact with have been unpleasant and very unprofessional, rude at times and the most unhelpful. The pharmacist refused to give me my prescription as it was prescribed by my dr even though I’ve explained to her I’ve been taking this medication for years and never had an issue at any other pharmacy. I’ve missed doses because of the complete disregard and unwillingness to help by the staff. I’m not one to complain but I definitely see why the reviews for this pharmacy are so low. I will say ShiShi is very friendly and helpful with what she can. She is the reason this review isn’t a 1 star review.

I really enjoy browsing through Walgreens. Every time I go in to pick up my prescription, I always see something unique that isnt usually in other common store. I recommend visiting your local Walgreens!

I just love being put on hold for 10+ minutes waiting to talk to a pharmacist just for their system to disconnect the call over and over again. Great customer service Walgreens.

Moved here from mississippi. They made it easy to transfer my pharmacy profile. Everyone I encountered was kind. Wish it didn't take 3 days to fill a prescription though

This is the WORST pharmacy ever. They never have meds ready no matter how many times you call to inform them your picking them up. They are the absolute slowest most unprofessional pharmacy. You can sit and wait hrs and still they would rather chit chat than do their jobs. Walgreens do better hire different pharmacy techs who actually do their job efficiently.
