I love Wal Nart stores. They have everything I need and great selections and store is always so clean and bright and employees are always so nice and helpful!

We ordered a full sheet cake with plenty of time for them to make. Picked up & no one from the bakery was there to speak with. The piping for the words is horrible. I normally try to give a lot of grace, being as this is Walmart & all. But if you pay for a cake with plenty of space for writing, you’d expect it to look good! This is someone’s profession, so you can imagine the upset. The decorations are so cute! But the lettering is pretty bad to the point I’m going to have to just try to redo it. I feel horrible having to leave a negative review, but I guess you get what you pay for. Money that could’ve been spent elsewhere, for better tasting.

Always friendly and always have what I want for the lowest price. Just bought an XBox One S and. TV for under $600 with 2 games, very happy

I went this morning to pick up my groceries. When I arrived home this is what my pot pie looked like. To be fair (and because unlike Walmart, I have integrity) the 2 girls who delivered the groceries were nice and actually smiled despite being out in the pouring rain. Also to be fair, it's safe to say that this is probably an accident, and it's not packaged great. But what happens next...well... mind blown. I called to the store, and offered to send them this pic. They didn't want the pick..they sent me over to the 800 number saying they can give a refund. I wait 10 mins for the online number, who's rep then tells me I need to go back to the store, they can't give me a refund. I spend another 20 mins while this heavily accented person disregards me telling her several times that I started at the store, and they already said they can't do it. I ask for a manager, and she puts me to the store instead (without telling me). So now i'm right back where I started, while the girl explains it can be down thru the grocery app. So she spends another 20 mins walking me thru the app, only to find it can't be done that way. At this point I ask for a manager, and what I get instead is her lowering the phone and pronouncing to the room at large that she needs a manager because this customer is being "b****y" Yep, that's what you get with Walmart pickup...destroyed product, the run around and then called names for good measure. I called corporate, and they told me in a monotone that they would speak to them. Walmart is all great- until you have an issue...then you are "b****y"!!

service is always timely even when they have a full house. service is consistently above par. this place has a good design. food is like a restaurant in jacksonville i liked.

I have shopped here from when they first opened until about 2015 when we moved. I have never met or been serviced by such hateful unhelpful people. This location hires nothing but rude and lazy people. I now go to the one in Kilgore (excellent service) or the one on Estes Pkwy (also excellent service).

For the groceries - they run out fairly fast. Went in at 2PM and the shelves in the produce was nearly all gone and no one was restocking. The employees barely know where anything's at and are not very helpful, it's a big store, and when if i have to ask more than 4 people where a product is, that's a problem. But some days are better than others, some employees are more helpful and friendlier than others.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. NONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. we asked three different employees if they had a product and they all told us they were out of stock, five minutes later we found it ourselves. Not impressed. Then they came to tell us that they aren't going to price match, we demanded to speak to the manager and of course they could price match it because this is WALMART THATS WHAT THEY DO.
