Contacted Mobile Shine on Monday Mar 15 2021about an interior cleaning in Hallsville. I was told they would be here on Friday. Give my address and confirmed. Mobile Shine was a no show, no call, NOTHING!!!

Longview, TX had the absolute WORST customer service today. I would rather shop online and pay for shipping than deal with whoever was working there today. I should have gotten names and called the manager, but I was too annoyed by that point.

Just a hard working man doing a great job. Called him on a Saturday no appointment. He didn’t have time during the day. But showed up at 9pm with a headlamp and did work. Even for a detail in the dark couldn’t find any dirt. Keep it up bro.
