“The people who work here are so friendly. They remember me and always make me feel welcome and treat me in a friendly manner that makes me feel like we are old friends. It is refreshing to be treated like this as opposed to a lot of stores having an employee follow you around through the store like they are waiting for you to steal something. It is so insulting to me”
“This is the great store to come in! Not only is it a well put together but it's extremely organized and most items are on stock. It is very easy to walk around and purchase items at this store. Not just that you can look at things that have I have for sale at an ease. It can be tricky to get to the store and park if you don't know your way around there. I give it 4 out of 5 ? due to the fact that the staff does not seem to notice you when you walk in or when you leave. Other than that great store to come in and shop.”

“I like this particular location. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The bathroom is clean and they keep up their inventory daily. I've been to other locations in Waco, where they kept their stock carts in the middle of the aisles, accuse everyone of stealing and just being unprofessional in their own work environment. I enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree! I prefer and recommend the North Hewitt location!”

“Is Dollar general on LaSalle in Waco has new management and great employees.
Lacey is new there, but offers great service and always has a smile on her face. Huge upgrade from the way that store was before this new manager got there.
It's organized there's no boxes in the middle of the aisles all the shelves are fronted it's just a joy to go in there now my new favorite place to shop. They have everything from fresh produce, to anything else you might need.
As usual my Ripley gives it a 🐾 up! I bought his treats there today.... (6/11/26)”
“Pleasantly surprised! The manager there before was awesome and the manager that's there now is also great. You're not dodging trolleys full of groceries that just came in the store is clean their shelves are fronted, they're never out of anything and this location on valley Mills in the plaza I will definitely go back to again and again”

The clerks and the manager are aware that I am not to walk anywhere without someone being with me; they really take care of me. They treat me very well not just as a customer but like their mother.

“David very knowledgeable about the deals in store and greeted every customer with nice attitude and didn’t get frustrated when I had issues with the phone number - He was also helping his coworkers a lot so idk if he is already a manager or something but he deserve a raise for sure”
