I have stored my travel trailer at J&M for almost three years. The J&M site is well maintained, very clean and secure. The cost for storage is very competitive and billing is always accurate and efficient. Anytime I have a question Mary and Grace make me feel like I was their only client.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was parked in the driveway just before the building waiting to meet my wife and a lady came out yelling I needed to move it’s private property. Instead of asking what I am doing . DefinitelyNot how to treat somebody especially a customer that rents a unit from there ! Will definitely be moving to another facility!

I've rented a storage space from J & M on two separate occasions. Every aspect in renting at their facility has been the best I've ever experienced. I recommend them.

I give them three stars for answering their phone. I called to ask about storage for my vehicles and tried to explain the situation that my automobile recently needed a part for it and we are in the process of fixing it. The lady on the phone said she couldn't help me because they have to be street legal. They are but she never let me get to explain that they are street legal. So I tried to tell her and she said that she doesn't like street legal and i told her that was weird because all the storage facilities I've ever dealt with have to be street legal with insurance and/or registration. So anyway we both hung up the phone. Doubt I will use this service.
