Couldn't be more pleased! Used their U-Hual service and have a unit. Everything is clean and easily accessible. Customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend using Ritchie Seld Storage!

We needed a Uhaul to move from Waco to Flower Mound and chose Ritchie Road Self Storage randomly (since it was on our way to the library). I was greeted by a courteous young man who I later learned to be the owner's son. He set me up with exactly the service I needed, and he offered a few perks without me even asking. Then he did something completely unexpected... he offered to work out a plan to accommodate my needs during his off time since I was on a tight schedule. I was shocked. The owner contacted me later that day and we confirmed the plan. RRSS is an outstanding family owned business that puts the needs of the customer ahead of all else. I enthusiastically recommend them. I haven't used their storage offerings, but the facility is neat, clean and modern. If my own Mother needed uhaul or storage services, I would tell her to call RRSS.

Sean and Austin have been great! They have helped me with my storage and U-Haul needs. The climate controlled units are extremely clean and well lit. The best I have seen in this area.
