“My husband is disabled, and we needed a van to transport his wheelchair. We called Charlie Douthit, and within only a few days, he found us a very clean, low-mileage van. My husband's powerchair was too large and difficult to control, so Charlie agreed to take it as trade for a new one. Charlie then worked for over an hour installing new floor anchors to secure the chair and to train me on all the gadgets and details of the vehicle. I left, paying half of what I had expected. I am so pleased and this has lifted such a burden from our lives! Charlie Douthit Motors did what several other places never even attempted! The other major mobility dealer in Waco never even returned my calls!”

“I just purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage SE from Waco Mitsubishi. What a great experience. I live in Dallas. I had talked to the Dallas dealer with 3 store locations and test drove there. The price over the phone was not the price when I walked in the door. $300 more then another approximately $1500 "the dealer difference" for basically a one year paint/dent warranty. I left. The other dealer in the DFW area also played fluctuating numbers game. I saw Waco M on the internet, and they had the car I wanted. Vincent, the Internet Manager, called me. Gave me the exact price (no adds-on) and very transparent. I asked about options for paint, fabric, key fobs, etc. I purchased a 5 year plan for way less than half of that other one year plan, and this one includes replacement key fobs. Then to top it off, they delivered the car to my home in Dallas FREE. The two gentlemen that delivered it were wonderful. Finance, Internet Sales, General Manager- all great. Literally less than 30 minutes of my time with phone, texts, and even going to get my cashier's check. Just the best car buying experience that I've ever had, and I'm a baby boomer so obviously I've bought a lot of cars. Thank you, Waco Mitsubishi for lessening my stress. Car drives great; it's roomy and of course, great warranty and gas mileage.”

“I just bought a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium and it is a great and very clean vehicle. The key fob didn't work, so he ordered me two and fixed one of the handles in the car. “My 2011 Chevy WT pickup was damaged in a hit and run in Temple 3 weeks ago so I began looking for a replacement WT. My boss drives by this lot every day and said they always have used work trucks. I contacted John and said the one I was looking at online had been sold, but he would keep his eye out. He contacted me later and said the 2020 Chevy 1500 WT 4x4 was still available. I drove the truck and it was in excellent condition for its age. I had to wait for my settlement check from the insurance and John held the truck for me. I was using the settlement payment as a down payment. John is very honest with very fair prices and is the Go To Person if your looking for a clean fair deal on a work truck especially a WT like I was. Thanks !!!”
