I need to have a fender painted on a 2017 Toyota Tacoma I hit a pole at the Walmart Parking lot at night. I bought a new front fender from Toyota and the inner fender liner. The paint color code is 040. It is especially embarrassing because the driver side door will not open so, I cannot really drive the truck. I am not using insurance.

I just had my 2019 Black Dodge 2500 repaired. My hood started to blister as if it were rusting. I showed it to Ed and he stated that it wasn't rust, but a chemical reaction under the paint. I accepted his bid and brought my vehicle in to have it fixed. Ed and his Team did an outstanding job on my hood. In fact it was flawless, you couldn't tell where the repair was done. If I ever need paint & body work again, I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. Thank you all very much for a job well done.

A car hit me in Brownsville, and I was given a list of collision specialist options from State Farm to repair my car. I chose this place in Los Fresnos and I’m glad I did! They did great work and they had wonderful communication. I was very happy with the results and with the updates throughout the process.

Staff is welcoming and keeps you informed of progress of repairs. It did take longer than expected only because the part did not arrive as expected from third party. The job done was great, my truck looks amazing.

Went in to get pinstripes installed. Service was extremely fast, it was done properly and the price was reasonable. Enjoyed chatting about paint and all the behind the scenes stuff to ensure a quality outcom.

Called sent pictures for an auto collision quote. My insurance is ready to go forward. I have a claim number. I've been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for my quote and no response. I guess customer service sucks. I wonder how. They repair vehicles if they can't give good customer service.!!!

From the time I received an estimate until I received my car back I was lied to. Edward would not return my calls, lied to me and when I finally got my insurance company involved, he disappeared when I came to get my car. Also the estimate he gave to my insurance company was altered from the one he gave me. The quality of the repairs was fine, but the unprofessional way I was treated would prevent me from ever recommending this location.EDIT: I would run, not walk away from this company. After having my car for a month, they finally made it available to pick up. At first the repair looked good, it was a small repair job. After two months I noticed the front fender and the front cowling(?) were not lined up. They were not connected at all. I was going to do as my insurance company suggested and take it to Car Star in Brownsville, TX until I found out Edward, the same manager at Los Fresnos, managed Brownsville location also. The end of cooperation from me. VERY bad experience!Services: Painting
