We got to cricket at 10am because they opened at 9am. There was no one there. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up. The lady finally got here, unlocked the door, walked in, and locked the door again. She was in a bad mood and very late. Super unprofessional and even after we knocked she ignored us until she felt like unlocking the door.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! They blame their customers for their mistakes and tell customers there’s nothing they can do. I called Cricket Corp and spent a 1/2 hour waiting for a rep, but once I spoke to a rep, my account issues were resolved in 5 mins and my bill was credited. Rep saw the mistakes made to my account and apologized. Terrible management at this store, also refused to talk to us. This store has also called LFPD several times on their own customers because one particular female employee gets offended whenever customers question her mistakes.
Cricket is a great value and great company, but this particular store is TERRIBLE!!

Please take your money elsewhere I called over the phone terrible service, extremely unprofessional and very rude the name I got was a lady named Rosa not sure if it was her real name they are so shameless they actually enjoy getting a bad review as a rating

Terrible service.. just needed to ask a quick question and upgrade and that lady was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. I understand that understaffing can be overwhelming sometimes but that just wasn't my fault. Hope she has a better day tomorrow..
