“I was greeted by a usps clerk, her name not easily seen on her ID.
Receipt- clerk#13.
A credit card payments for fees. I answer question on keypad, but one she reaches over the counter with her hand to rate herself a green smilling face (which she was not totally).
She was busy on her phone it seemed.
Apparently, her mind was elsewhere.
What could she do better- look attentive, smile when someone says thank you to you.
It can be a long workfull day for customers too.”

Honestly, that was the best USPS experience I ever had. Man needs a raise and should be a model for the rest of the USPS staff.”
