I think they have great service because I made a call requesting an appointment and when I got there, they were ready for me. The quality is fantastic, as you can see from the photos. I went in with my hair uneven and walked out with it shiny, looking fuller, healthier, LONGER even though they technically cut it. The place is undergoing a renovation/redesign, but from what I see, the vibe feels very girly. The services like lashes, nails, etc are all separated and give a sense of privacy. I would definitely go back. (My picture is from the same day, literally two hours apart.)

I take my 2 year old. We been coming here since baby boy RJ was 6 months. Great with kids. Both father and son in and out within 15 mins. Wife, well we come back for her around 1 hour.

Went to Venus this past week and Gracelia totally transformed my hair I love it so much went from dark brown to a beautiful balayage ombré I was so impressed ! Thank u so much gracelia !

They don't have good customer service. You make appointment and then you show up way before time and they take in a different client and ask you to wait. They didn't ask them to confirm and they didn't call or did anything.

Imelda is THE best hairstylist ever!!!! She makes me feel at home. She's been doing my hair for years and she always does my hair how I want . She never disappoints. I keep going to her and won't stop . She is the best in the hair business !! Love that lady

Thank You Ladies at Venus Beauty Salon!! Imelda, Martha, Erica were all so courteous, attentive, and friendly! It was a first visit for my Mom and I, they made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We both loved our hair results and are looking forward to our next visit!

Going into my appointment here I was very nervous. 1) because I have never been 100% satisfied with the way people have done my hair 2) because I have always bounced from stylist to stylist struggling to find someone I can trust and 3) because I was going a lot lighter but Eryka made that no problem for me! I left feeling so happy about the way my hair turned out and I can finally say I found the hair stylist I've been needing all along. Eryka is a very sweet person and made my appointment very smooth. She creates conversations and made sure that everything I'm doing on my hair is what I want. I loved how my hair came out and definitely will be returning back here! Blends are smooth and my hair trim is even! Below I will post the before and after of my hair.

I have been going to Venus since 2018, my colorist is Erika, I'm very picky w my blondes, Erika knows exactly how to match and prices are honest and reasonable! The Owner Imelda is a sweetheart, honest, and friendly, always welcoming with her smile, the salon is immaculate! Today, I originally went in for a touch up, Erika added hair extensions and color matched to my hair perfectly!
