“Our daughter has been at TLE for 3 years, starting in preppers and now recently graduated preschool 3. I really can’t say enough good things about the staff here. From Mrs.Leah and Ms.Kinsey making sure everything is running smoothly, keeping parents informed by sending out pictures and notifications throughout the day, welcoming us in every morning with a great attitude. They are amazing. And then onto Ms.Feri, the preschool 3 teacher that has shown so much love and care for all her kids. She puts so much into teaching and helping them grow. She is so genuine in everything she does, making sure the kids are ready for kindergarten. The environment in her room is so welcoming and fun. She really takes time to know each child and find what works best for their needs. To say my daughter has come a long way would be an understatement. Her behavior and communication has improved drastically, she is able to read and write, she is always telling me about the new things she has learned in class and really enjoys going to school. Ms.Feri does such a great job at keeping us in the loop of everything, informing us on how she does everyday. Knowing that our daughter is prepared for kindergarten takes a huge weight off our shoulders. We are so thankful for all the teachers and staff at TLE that have helped our daughter thrive. We will miss everyone so much!”

“The curriculum is very thoughtfully designed and well-executed; you can truly tell that your child is growing even at very young ages (eg: 1-2yrs old, and younger). The staff is so incredibly caring, even beyond what you would expect of a daycare; when I was in a traumatic accident, the staff sent my wife food and worked with me to modify drop-off/pick-ups while I couldn’t walk. I truly believe there’s no better place for early childhood education!”

“Words cannot express how amazing this school is. Starting with the initial phone call Ms.Astrid & Ms. Allie have welcomed us with grace and love. All of the staff have shown us authentic quality education. As an educator, it is difficult to find a quality school that nurtures and develops the whole child. My son struggled with potty training due to medical reasons. Ms. Carla and Ms. Shadia both assist us in potty training and built up his confidence. They both worked to strengthen his emergent writing skills and ran the classroom like a school. Knowledge Beginnings Allen quickly became a part of our village. We are forever grateful for their dedication and love.”

Our little one always is happy when we come by to pick her up and asks when she can go back. We have our little one in the after school program and she’s enrolled for the full time summer program. “The best daycare and school ever . I worked there and my kids go there . Everyone is very nice from the owner to the director to the whole staff . They treat everyone equally and no drama . I love everyone there . They are very nice and sweet to me and my kids . The whole staff is very professional and calm . “What a Great Team they have at FOUNTAIN PARK KinderCare!! We switched to Fountain Park KinderCare in January 2023 from another daycare we had been at the previous 5 months...which was about 3 months longer than we should have been there. The previous daycare was constantly having issues with being short staffed and faculty turnover which caused significant setbacks while trying to potty train, among other issues. Our son had even reverted back to getting really upset in the morning when it was time to leave for school because he did NOT want to go to school. In addition, at the previous daycare our son was also showing signs of regression in his vocabulary development. Prior to starting daycare, our son had an amazing in-home nanny and was cognitively advanced for his age. SO GLAD we found FOUNTAIN PARK KinderCare!! After the 2nd day at Fountain Park our son was once again excited to go to school in the morning. We also noticed a BIG difference in the advancement of our 3yr old's cognitive development, in comparison with the previous daycare center, within the first 2 weeks of attending MS. Jill's class. We can't say enough good things about the staff at this KinderCare location!! MS. Melissa, the center's Director, is hands-on and maintains great communication with all the families regarding what's going on at the school on a regular basis. She does a great job providing additional unique experiences for the kids at the center such as; meeting members of the Allen Fire & Police Departments while learning about safety and getting to check out Fire Trucks & Police SUV's up close and personal, Bug & Bubble Ladies, Friday "Splash Days" during the hot summer months so all the kids can enjoy the outdoors while keeping cool and getting wet...just to name a few. MS. Jill is AMAZING and puts together a great curriculum with a balanced focus of intellectual, social, emotional and physical development in a fun and nurturing environment while also incorporating a structure of responsibility. MS. Joanna is so sweet and kind...the kids absolutely love her as well. The two of them combine for a great team and our son loves being in their class!! Then there's the highly revered MS. Darlene, who I believe has been a mainstay for 30+ years. During her tenure, not only has she been ensuring the children at this center's daily nutritional needs are met, she's also a one-of-a-kind special Utility Player that provides additional support in all the different aged programs. Your little one will get the opportunity to spend time with her no matter which class they're in...and that's a Bonus!!Our now 4yr old refers to each of them as his "Best Friend" and absolutely adores them all. (Hope they don't read this and find out he has more than one favorite, Ha!) Again, we just can't say enough good things to describe our experiences at FOUNTAIN PARK KinderCare and what good people they have in place to assist in our child's development. If you're shopping for a daycare facility in the Allen area, rest assured your little one will be well served by having the opportunity to be a part of the FOUNTAIN PARK KinderCare Family!!!”

I used to take my younger siblings, nieces & nephews and I remember the horror stories so I never wanted to put my kids in daycare. Of course life happens so I had to bite the bullet & do it.SMA has definitely put my past traumas to rest . They take great care of these kids. “I love working at handprints. All the teachers are amazing and caring! The new director and assistant director have completely turned the daycare around. Every room is cleaned thoroughly at the end of the day and I especially cleaned after every meal and snack. I make sure everything in my class is safe for my kiddos. If I wouldn’t like it for my own kids I won’t leave it or do it for someone else’s kids. These kids are our kids as we see them.”
