Not impressed at all with this location. Started with my phone calls not being answered either time, and went downhill from there. No service IN the store, while prices are ridiculously out of the average working persons budget. Come on Five eleven...where is your brain at ?

The Lubbock 5.11 Store is great. Very helpful manager and staff (Tre Gideon and others) always answer my questions and give me good recommendations I can trust. The store is clean and well organized. The people are the best!

It was my first time coming into a 5.11 store and man my experience was amazing. The staff would give you the history of what 5.11 is for and go through the whole store to tell you what everything is! Definitely recommend coming here!

Love 5.11 came today for a vendor day with texas defense and several others. Texas defense is the only one who showed up, army navy didn't show up. Texas defense is a great man with a better business than any firearms sales and customizing shop I have ever done business with. If you want great stuff come to 5.11 if you want great kit.
