I've had an extremely unprofessional experience with Aaron's Furniture. A former employee used me as a reference without my knowledge, and since then, Aaron's has been calling me multiple times daily looking for himâeven though I've severed ties with this individual. The representatives I've spoken with are often rude and dismissive, and despite numerous requests to remove my contact information, they just laugh it off. This behavior feels like harassment, and I would like it to stop.

I had a terrible experience with Aaronâs. I leased a washer and dryer from them in August 2023, and every month when payment was due on the first, they would call me while I was at work and harass all my references to collect payment. This month, I ran into difficulties due to being laid off and advised them to come pick up the equipment. Despite this, they continue to call everyone on my reference list to try and collect payment. Emilio was not empathetic towards my situation nor willing to help. They would call up to 6 times a day, which is harassment. I also tried to change my payment days online, and when everyone got a call from Aaronâs, I called and was told that the online portal is only for corporate (why the hell would it be an option then??). Then demanded that I paid for the month of rent which I did not have because I changed the payment date!! I advised them to come get this equipment out of my house immediately. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Avoid this business at all costs.

Ray is the absolute most unprofessional being I have ever dealt with at Aaronâs. We have done business with them for years and have always had issues when it came time for delivery. Itâs disheartening that this will be the last time we ever deal with them because we will be taking our business elsewhere solely because of his unwillingness to help, empathize, or be sincere in attempts to deliver merchandise Iâm going to be paying hard earned money for. We were told we would receive a call prior to our washer and dryer delivery and didnât receive the call until they were at our door and were told they wouldnât wait 10 minutes for us to get home (all of this is coming from ray who is not even the one doing the delivery) which wouldnât have been an issue if they had called beforehand anyways like we were guaranteed multiple times they would do. Ray told me that I could either be home or just cancel my order entirely, clearly no worries about if he does or does not get my business so Iâm happy to withdraw it. I was told I had to the minute to get home to receive my delivery. I arrived with a minute to spare and the drivers were gone resulting in me having to contact Aarons for the 4th time in a day. Thankfully Reetha answered the phone who was so understanding at how frustrated I was and had the delivery driver return to deliver. The delivery driver was extremely kind as well and moved my old washer and dryer to install the new ones, never complaining even while dripping sweat. I understand they couldnât wait around for me all day, and I never expected them to.. but just like they expect my payment on time every month I expect them to follow through with what they say (giving us a call when theyâre on their way and delivering merchandise as well as professional customer service) which just has never hit the mark unless we are dealing with Reetha who is ALWAYS eager to help and understand.

I have been a customer for Aaron's for a while I have rented a washer, and dryer, TVs, laptops, Xbox Ones, and most recently an Xbox series x my experience was amazing, and Manuel was really nice, and helpful.

The front desk people are great and the product is nice. After a month of having my item I explained to them that I was moving and they said I needed to return the Laptop. I told them a day I would be available for pickup and called to speak with the manager about money I paid into the item (rent to own so if I canât keep it what happens to what I paid so far) spoke with the manager and basically asked if there was a prorated price for the days I would have it. He said no and that half a month payment is all he could do. I explained that half a month payment when I wonât have it half a month was kinda weird, also asked if what I paid in February would be returned or what the process is. He proceeded to say âweâre going over payments when we know you arenât going to pay it anywayâ who the hell says that to someone who is simply inquiring about money they invested into an item making sure they donât lose out on it or pay more than they need to. This is not the first time he has been rude. Although the items are nice do not shop here , he does not speak to people kindly, previously I had an ez pay set up on the website and accidentally canceled it, he called before I could set it up again demanding payment and when I explained I had the ez pay set up, he said thatâs corporate and he doesnât take it and would turn it down or deny any payment plan if I tried to do one, when all I wanted to do was schedule payments for my payday

I want to thank Reetha my sales girl who always has my back and knows what I want and Manuel the sales manager that went above and beyond to make sure I got my bed yesterday!!! For me customer service and respect goes a long way I have been with Aaronâs for years and they have never done me wrong as far as these two!!! I appreciate them so much!!! â¤ď¸ If yall are looking for anything for your home and want flexible payments you wonât lose with them!!!! Go check them out in Lubbock Texas on 19th!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Emilio is so rude to even begin with & I would not step another foot In this door as long as Emilio is still employed.. and for the GM to condone Emilios behavior is unacceptable...I sure would love to speak to Owner Robert if that is even an option..!!

Ray is very unprofessional and word has it he's had tons of complaints against him to home office. He won't take phone calls and when you try and talk to him in person he's "busy or out the office". What is home office paying him for? He also allows his sales Ladies to lose our on sales. Theses ladies work on commission and Ray doesn't.Just because he's been their a long time doesn't mean he will not be bad for the business in the long run. Terry from home office needs to handle business and Clean some house for sure.

Shopped around for a particular item and to my surprise I found it at Aaron's. I was able to purchase the item out front and save over $500.00 compared to other stores in the local area with the same item. Will definitely go back to see what other deals I can find. Thank you for your excellent service.
