If I could give no stars I would.....The people at this store are a joke.....they let an unpaid payment go two weeks without any phone calls..they said my card "declined" but didnt call me until my next payment went through 2 weeks later on the same card....they say they call you when they don'tand then argue with you about it, I asked them to call me after 5pm when I was off work and they don't but tell you they did but phone records show they called before 5pm every day...then they harass you for the payment you supposedly missed but didn't know about and charge you an $8 late fee for their system messing up.....DO NOT GO HERE....do whatever you can to not have to deal with these people....Shaun is the ring leader of it all and then you ask him for a corporate number to file a complaint and he hangs up on you...Aarons do yourself a favor and audit this store....

My mother parked in the handicap parking in the shared lot between Aaron's and Roadhouse. She has a handicap license plate. As they were walking towards the restaurant, an employee came out and told them they could not park there, got really rude and nasty and said her vehicle would be towed because it was Aaron's parking only.1) There were 6 open spots with Aaron's Customers only signs. None of them were filled.2) There is no sign stating that the handicap spot is for Aaron's customers only.3) Under the ADA, handicap spots cannot be privatized by a business anyway.The man refused to give a managers name when we asked for it to speak to someone higher up. I dont recommend doing business with them especially when they are threatening people over a public parking space and have no knowledge of ADA laws.

Terrible! I called on Monday and informed them I needed the furniture picked up because I could no longer afford furniture. I had purchased a couch on marketplace that had to be picked up by Thursday. I kept being told daily the manager is the one that can schedule pick up and he would definitely be giving me a call. Well Thursday comes and still no call so I called and spoke to sales associate. Manager finally gets on phone and begins raising his voice at me telling me that I have been bothering them everyday and I have no compassion for the other clients that want furniture delivered because that is main thing to get done. He was so hateful, very poor customer service. I will never do business with them ever again and I recommend no one do!

The whole staff was outstanding I dealt with more the one of the employees all of them were wonderful polite and helpful truly reflecting the managers disposition I recommend Aarons . in Lubbock highly if I ever need anything on a quick fix I’m going directly to them with no second thoughts I had posted before I couldn’t find it so I am reposting this,, thank you!!

Truck delivery.These guys work fast unloading you.Call ahead with your ETA.From 50th St, turn south in Canton Ave. and get into the parking lot behind the store.In between the 2 buildings there's a gap where you'll need to back in. It's not too hard to get in but it's unleveled so watch the top of your trailer on the right side because you can damage it if not looking.

After paying for my washer it breaks they tell me i have 60 days warranty. They picked it up gives me a smaller washer as loaner that does not wash good at all. I called to find out the status of my washer very rude tells me they will call me when it is ready. It took the over 60 days now i do not know if it works or not, but they want me tobpurchase additional warranty since they ate up my 60 days.

Total waste of time, I went in and found an almost $3,000 couch and loveseat that I wanted. They needed my landlords number for a credit check???? I don't see that and I didn't have permission to give out his number. I said thank you I'll go else where and walked out. Almost a $3,000 sale gone because of one thing....I'll never go back
