Picked up my oklahoma Joe, pellet smoker ,not happy .. with young man put together the smoker...several parts were loose , picked up smoker ,wheels fell off , MS. ASH helped me out placed smoker together properly, tightened all bolts and screws with sockets and rachet...a big plus for her...

They had what I was looking for. However, in leaving the store riding in my handicap cart to my handicap parking spot, the handicap cart only went so far not reaching the handicap parking spot. See picture. I wasn't able to move the cart and so it got left in a very inappropriate place.

I bought a pitboss flat grill and the grill is great but who ever put it together has no business using tool, it's missing half the hardware and the other half wasn't tightened. My 6 year old could have done a better job.
