Very pleased with service provided. Chris was courteous and repaired my LG refrigerator quickly. It was damaged from a power surge after electrical storm and no LG refrigerator repairmen in my area. He made the 120 mile trip for the repair and we are back in action!

For the 3d time NOT BEING A CHARM . And blowing an outlet and not claiming the responsibility..oh that's priceless! We heard the same story as those previous reviews and NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR AN ELECTRICAIN. it appears that the technician is collateral damage on the tenacity of those in charge. .

Can you give fewer than 1star? This business was contracted to do warranty work on a microwave. It still doesn’t work and now it’s out of warranty. Don’t waste your time with these people. They advertise a 90-day warranty on their work, which they also will not honor.Service: Microwave repair

Technician has came it 3 times and can’t fix the issue with a refrigerator. Office staff is bad with communication, wont return calls, won’t order parts until a week after they should have been ordered. Awful experience.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Called to get my dishwasher repaired and the technician fixed it but broke my new kitchen cabinet as he pulled out the dishwasher and he cut himself and left blood in my sink and my kitchen towels. I have called to get my cabinet repaired but Manager doesn't return my calls. I will not be calling again for repairs.

Do not use these people in whatever you do. I had a speed queen washer under warranty. The technician came out yesterday. He fix the washing machine unfortunately he also stepped on the drain valve to my hot water heater and broke it off while he was moving the washer. Then water was shooting all over my studio. He finally put on a shut-off valve and just left leaving water still coming out of my hot water heater onto the floor and the electricity off 24 hours later the water is still coming out of the hot water heater ruining my floors and they are ignoring my calls. I called speed queen and they are trying to help. But I tell you these people will tear your house and run away with their tails between their legs. I can tell I am going to sue them for what they did. To make things worse I can't find a plumber to get out here today to stop the water. They are shameful people with the worst ethics on the face of the earth.

Microwave quit. Warranty was still good they accepted it and repaired it in a very courteous and professional manner. They kept me up to date throughout the process!
