Rented a unit explaining that I need to go through my things and organize my stuff. The guy seemed to understand and help me decide on what size I needed. The same day as I moved my stuff in I was in my unit going through my stuff as I had told the guy I needed to do when the manager rode up on a golf cart and told me I was loitering. I responded I'm not loitering and then apparently by me having my shirt off inside of my unit while sweating my butt off was against the rules as well. No one mentioned anything about this prior to. So I moved my stuff out the next day. Shame on you Lubbock, TX. For the way you have treated this disabled veteran for the last 6 months. This last straw is a perfect example of my time here in Texas. You guys are a disappointment.

The front desk employee and the manager, were very polite and very helpful, they did an AWESOME JOB in getting me into a very affordable storage unit!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

During the sale of my office we needed a place to store extra supplies last minute. I called early morning before they even were open and was able to speak with a man. He signed me up same day and was very helpful. I then had fraud on my card so they canceled it and when I got off work it was after they closed. I called thinking I was going to leave a message on their voicemail, but the same man answered. The next morning he took care of my account. I had to ask him to send me a review link because he’s Johnny on the spot every time I call and has gone above and beyond!! Turns out he’s the manager and now I know why! The manager at this facility and location is fantastic to work with and I hope the owner reads this review. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing storage and they have many options to choose from.

So far, this has been a great experience. I hate having to store my belongings but I feel it's at least safer here than anywhere else I could go. Leo was very helpful in getting us into a storage room size that was comfortable with our budget and fit our needs.

I used to rent here a few years back and it was very nice. Everything went super smooth. The prices were great. I recently went back and was told a price and then they ended up overcharging me. I was told a total Price including their pesticide stuff and everything and at the time of my payment they ended up overcharging me the pesticide stuff just honestly don’t waste your time. They’re way overpriced and don’t tell you things straight up.
