From the moment I spoke with Derek the internet sales manager I knew I was at The right place! He was very friendly and helpful and got me the deal that I wanted! I flew in from Oklahoma and they picked me up from the airport, everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s a small dealership and I don’t get the vibe that they are trying to sell 1 million cars at whatever cost it is to the customer just to meet a quota. I am big fan of Lexus anyway, The car sells itself, no matter what dealership it’s at, So to me, dealing with people like Adam in finance, Derek and Valentine who are passionate and so helpful makes me a customer for life :) thanks to the Lubbock Cavender Lexus Dealership!

I know some friends that choose janky repair shops where the wrong items are used. Luckily, this dealership has factory warranties and parts they guarantee along with their work. The waiting room is amazing and the people who work there are friendly. Don’t choose a janky repair shop, choose Cavender of Lubbock.
