Mohammad Daraghmeh was our salesman, he gave us a 5 star experience, we were not pressured or rushed. He spent the necessary time with us to explain all the cars features as well as making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The whole process was easy and stress free! I purchased my first Lexus from them in August and had such a wonderful experience with Joseph. We had an issue with the first car I was interested in so we found one at another dealership and they had it brought over so I could get the exact make & model of what I wanted. Joseph made the car buying experience so much more comfortable. He was so sweet, he even wrote us a thank you note! Not many car guys like him. Thank you Cavender Lexus!

Our experience at Cavender Lexus of Lubbock was pleasant and much appreciated. We were met by Leslie our sales rep. She was great! Took the time we needed to show us around and answer our questions.After a couple of days we returned to the dealership and made a purchase, a very easy transaction with no pressure tactics at all.We are now happily part of the Lexus Family!

I just purchased a 2023 RX 350 at an amazing price. AND I was treated with Respect and Kindness! After years of car buying, I was a bit jaded and not very trusting of dealerships and salespeople. Josh Steven's and George Rodriguez changed those feelings. These people are genuine and HONEST! I drove 5 hours to pick up my new car. It was worth every mile!!!

I just bought a tundra from cavenders, and everyone really went above and beyond. My salesman,Joseph Gallardo was great to work with! The dealership overall seemed very transparent, with very little haggling over price, just a fair trade offer and a fair advertised price on their unit. They even took care of a small issue on my new truck the next day that they absolutely didn't have to! I'll do business with them again.

Gave them 5 Stars because they actually had the specs we wanted on the car we really wanted!! Other than that the dealership experience was ok, it was small, but everyone’s was nice, car had a scratch on it, but it got taken care of quickly. Finance was pretty quick but on our end our bank took forever to send a wire transfer. Would’ve wished we had the wiring information a bit earlier so we could’ve had that done before arriving to the dealer but it’s no worries. We drove up from San Antonio. Jaxon was our sales guy, cool guy to then point and had it all prepped and ready and pretty for my girlfriend. Only wished the Tint was darker all around, but it does the job. Thank you guys. The finance manager was great! Cool guy too!

I am very satisfied with my L/Certified UX from Cavender Lexus of Lubbock! Mohammad was great to work with, very down to earth and personable. He was attentive, accommodating, had great follow up, and didn’t shy away from getting answers to questions he wasn’t sure about. Having a sales consultant be honest and transparent throughout the process is such a blessing when making a big purchase.I also appreciate Gilbert’s hard-work and quickness during the finance process, he made being the only F&I Manager look easy.

Poor communication, responsiveness and business practices! I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership and sent an email (Weds) through their website. Andrew reached out to me same day, answered my questions and asked if I wanted to come by. I sent a note back (Thurs) that I would like a workup on the vehicle and warranty info and didn't hear back. Sent a follow-up note (Saturday) and no response. Called the dealership (Mon) and they said they just sold the vehicle on Saturday. Then I get an email 5 minutes after the phone call from Andrew with a welcome video and saying they are ready to help me with the vehicle when it is already sold. This was a very frustrating experience and not what I look for when spending around $50K and not the hospitality Texas is known for...skip this place and be warned, if they can't get the sales right, who knows about the rest of the business.

I was in the market for my first Lexus. I met with Layton Guthals and Josh Stevens and quickly learned that they wanted me to have that as much as I did! Yes, they wanted a sale but they truly wanted to help me get what I wanted. I did not want used…I preferred to be the first owner. They informed me that they had a 2022 model with only 4,000 miles. WHAAAT?!?! Turns out it had been a demo car that was coming out of that status to be “for sale”. I took it for a test drive and then was told I could drive it for the afternoon. When I returned it I expressed my interest in purchasing this particular vehicle but also told them I had a strict budget. They gave me a number that was in line with what I wanted to pay, but I also wanted to talk it over with my fiancée, pray about it and sleep on it. I knew that if the car was still there the next day, it was meant to be. The next morning I countered their offer and was told “come on in and let’s get this done!” Layton and Josh busted their butts to get me in an AMAZING used car (that might as well be considered new) as a first owner. I am completely sold on Cavender Lexus of Lubbock for their professionalism as well as their caring about what my wishes were.

What I can say is that they took really good care of me. First case when a person located 1200 miles away from Lexus dealership finances car and gets it delivered. They registered car themselves, sent paperwork. I bought a car from them without being there which was very convenient.Thank you Guys , great service provided.

The team at Cavender Lexus was extremely helpful! They were able to custom order my Lexus, I got all the features I wanted, they kept me updated while I was waiting for the car to arrive, and I got a great loan rate! They went above and beyond with the service. I’m out of state, which has different window tinting laws, and they were able to remove the front side window tint quickly and at no additional cost. When I picked up the car, the process was quick and easy. Big thanks to Jaxon Keller, Josh, and Jeremy for helping me get an amazing car and for answering all my questions! Highly recommend purchasing your car here!
