Poor customer experience and lack of onsite support.
We arrived on a Friday to retrieve my daughter’s belongings from summer storage, only to find the unit door would not open. There was no site manager available to assist—only a call center. Despite repeated calls, the earliest the company could address the problem was four days later. During that time, I was given three different explanations for why the door wouldn’t open, none of which inspired confidence.
While they did refund my last month’s rent, the delay and lack of urgency showed little regard for the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I would avoid storage facilities with automatic/app-controlled locks and recommend choosing a traditional keyed lock for reliability.

Staff was very helpful with some technical issues i was having. The user experience for renting a unit is also smooth from start to finish. Very impressed.

We were looking for a storage on the quick and after hours. This company made everything so easy to do online. We were able to purchase and be in the storage in less than an hour. Definitely recommend.

The electronic entry system is pretty bad ass…. Until the batteries die on the lock or they jam and the mechanism no longer functions properly. Awesome units though! Here’s something to ponder on— what happens if you lock your phone inside your storage unit? You have to have the phone to disengage the door lock and entrance gate? It’s The only reason I will not give them five stars the management is great and willing to work with you should any issues arise

Wife paid for the storage facility. We rented a truck to move items in and from the very first time we were not able to get the door open. We worked for over half an hour to get the door to open. We finally gave up and put the stuff back where it was originally stored. After contacting the facility we were told that we couldn't get the money back. We paid for a storage unit, couldn't get into the storage unit, and they wouldn't return the money because of their faulty door system. To me this tells me they basically stole a months rent. Do not go here, do not get ripped off like we did. We didn't even unload anything from the truck because we could not get into the storage unit we paid for. Instead of having a basic lock, they have this nonworking app and thumb print crap. Please, do not waste your time, go somewhere else and get a storage unit that you can access when you want to.... UPDATE...we did finally get a refund on the storage unit, but we were ineligible to get a refund for the truck we rented. Grateful for the refund, but was still a waste of time and money.
