RUINED MY WEDDING DRESSMy bridal store recommended this place, so I took my $2400 wedding dress to this place for cleaning days before my wedding to have the it cleaned. When I picked up my dress, most of the glitter that were on my dress were on the floor, some of the threads have came out, and my dress did not look the same as when I dropped it off. I explained to the owner how the quality of the dress is different from when I picked it up and dropped it off and he just made excuses but NEVER apologized. He refused to make it right by offering my money back and told me that I can find and buy a glitter spray to spray on my dress. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Down comforter - bad smell. Quickly, this review has nothing to do with the friendliness of the staff or the timeliness of my order, but of which were great. Anyhow, rare I leave a review, but had to comment on this one. Took my down comforter there to be cleaned. The owner told me they used "powerful chemicals" to clean, which I think was supposed to be a selling point, but it wasn't really. Anyhow, returned to pick up order a few days later and the odor of chemicals was very strong. I tried to air out and put in my dryer with dryer sheets, but no luck. Eventually let it air out for another day then tried to sleep with it last night. Couldn't do it. Smell was overwhelming. Not bad, or nasty, just a strong chemical odor; not something you want to breath in as you sleep. Took the comforter to a laundromat today and used high quality detergent to clean and try and remove smell. After full cycle, and after drying, smell is still there. I managed to reduce it by at least half, but I'll surely have to continue to air out or come up with some other solution. Anyhow, no idea what they used but it was not good. My best to them and their business, and maybe they clean a mean shirt based on the other reviews, but I wouldn't take my comforter there again. JBH.

This business is AMAZING!! The owners are professional and will do anything to help the customer...they have made a rod for my car to bring my clothes home and to make sure my clothes stay perfect. They are WONDERFUL, kind, caring, and I would recommend their services to EVERYONE!!!
