I bought a sectional, rocking chair, bed frame and coffee tablet set. The furniture is not that good quality, I had to file a claim as the chair broken within 9 months. I Got a replacement chair from my warranty claim, here it is 9 months later, the chair has fallen apart. Now this company has went into bankruptcy, I’m out of my warranty and a chair. I do not recommend this furniture store, the furniture is cheaply made. I will be going to Lazyboy to get my chair and furniture. I would not recommend using from this furniture store, it’s cheap junk and you will be wasting your money.

Not good quality! We bought couches spent over $4000.00. Couches broke within a year we hardly even used it. We filed claim with insurance that we bought there and they denied and said it should be covered under manufacturer warranty. Called the store and they said no it had to go through insurance. Long story short it got denied by insurance. Do not waste your time or money with this crap company!

Went in on April 5th and bought a few furniture items, not financed, paid in full. Called when I realized one item was not what I needed and was told I could return the item. I went in on April 7th to return. The employee (Cory, I believe) said unfortunately their computer aystem had been switched over which caused issues on refunding my purchase so he would have to talk to the manager on how to process my return. I called several times and finally spoke with the manager Robbie that said he would have to email the corporate office, I called several times that following week and was told he still hadn't heard back but would call, finally, 10 days later the manager called and said he figured out how to process my refund but I'd have to bring in the card I made my purchase with to credit my account back. I took my card in and instead of my payment being refunded, Robbie charged me AGAIN for the item and then I was told they couldn't fix it and the corporate office would have to cancel the payment and process my original refund. So here we are 14 days out from me returning my item and not only have I not received my refund but I have also been charged twice for the item and no one can manage to give me any answers or resolution.

Great customer service. Assistance was provided as soon as we came in. Robby showed me options and gave multiple details of several couches. The options a ailable were vast. I was able to make a purchase the same day with delivery for a small fee scheduled next day. Ended up purchasing a couch and a new kitchen table.
