A bad joke what happened with the information yesterday. We wanted to check in and it was a day later than planned. Our reservation was canceled without us being informed. We were only offered a room for a fee. Which cost almost twice as much for one night as two nights. Everything was passed on to booking and no time was wasted to help us in any way. As a result, we had to drive 8 hours to Dallas in the middle of the night because we didn't understand the need to pay so much money.
Never again and the service is absolutely NOT recommended!!!

This is a great place for the price nice and quiet and nice the place is a little older but still very well kept way better than the other options at the same price point I've never had the breakfast but it looks good and clean
Safety: Very safe and quiet unlike some of the other hotels and mainly the motel that close

The guys and gals working the front desk are very pleasant and straight forward. The breakfast is above average and has quite a few choices from biscuits and gravy, sausage, hard boiled eggs, diced potatoes, cereal, Danish, oatmeal, bagels and toast. Always have coffee on hand. The rooms are spacious and decent. Very conveniently located just outside the Lubbock loop. A bit spendy comparitively, but it beats the cheap ones less than a mile away that seem to service only crackheads. Thank you guys for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Lots of dead bugs and stains in the room.
Safety: There were marks on the wall that made it seem like someone had to use a tackle to barricade the door in the past.

I always enjoy my visit there. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is always fresh, hot. The coffee is always good. I recommend people stay at America's Best Value. The rooms are always clean and the house keepers are very friendly and sweet.

Absolutely do not go here. 23 prepaid for the room. Never said extra for a deposit or that they charge per day per pet. In reservation I stated 2 adults must be pet friendly. They wanted 50 deposit to stay nor would they refund room which was at higher then normal rate. Next morning maid knocked throughasked if we were staying and if we needed anything. I said yes and needed fresh towels she said give her old and she refused to give me new ones...I asked repeatedly. My husband told manager we were using the app again . Then it was one call after another with maid at door in between each call. They were extremely hostile ,rude, couldn't even understand what they were saying thankgodwe hadn't finished reservation for second night because of all the chaos. This all lasted about 40 min. Then manager calls back do you have a pet? I said yes. The lady who checked us in saw our dogs and we took them out several times "we don't want you here," you need to leave. We were already packing by that point. Needless to say this was their excuse to keep 50$ deposit. They didn't look at room . He simply stated he was keeping it. Friends of ours stayed there they had two dogs they weren't charged extra nor were they charged any deposit . Only difference is we checked in with app at a slightly lower rate and this irate Indian family was on the warpath. After venting this experience with many many others the past couple days we've heard very negative experiences with this place . There were only two other vehicles there now we know why place is always empty.
No privacy could constantly see them walking by room every few minutes. Every time we stept out they were always right there doing nothing or pushing trash can around. No way should they be in m9tel business ever. They don't even want people there

Great location and courteous Staff with affordable price. My family had a wonderful experience here. Includes Free Continental Breakfast.
Rooms: Worth the price for it's quality , excellent location, safety and convenience.

The front counter woman was beyond rude, there was a $50 deposit and she asked me for a $100 deposit which is more than the room itself, rooms are not as pictured, there is roaches in the rooms, in an unsafe location, non refundable reservations/cancellation when guest isn’t satisfied. they are by far the worst. (breakfast was what you would expect).Cons- roaches (rumored)- paint missing off walls, really beat up furniture- wall boogers in bathroom- no power outlet next to bed to recharge phone- very leaky sink, difficult to operate shower-pool always out of order-rude/ no customer service-bed made of tin cansSafety: People were running around all hours .No dead boltsNoteworthy details: Would never stay here again I need a refund immediately. Such poor service.

I'm giving them 5 stars across the board for the total presentation of the property. It's not a 5 star Marriot, but it's at the top of its class for it's rating.Not a piece of trash to be found outside, property is about 5 acres so that takes some effort.Very well maintained for what it is, roof, parking lot, and exterior, all top top.Rooms were comfortable, clean, and somewhat modern. A bit of chipped paint behind some of the furniture, could use a few more wall outlets for chargers and laptops.Breakfast was so so, no eggs, but decent potatoes and biscuits. You'll need to nuke the sausage for a few minutes to get the grease out. Real orange juice.
