Regarding my experience with Anytime Lab in Lubbock at 82nd and Slide. Their pricing was very deceiving. I ordered a lab that was advertised as $49, clearly stated on a brochure displayed at the front desk. However, I was later charged $99. When I questioned it, I was told the $49 price only applied as part of a “pick 3” deal. There was no wording on the brochure indicating that requirement, and no one mentioned it beforehand.
What makes this more frustrating is that I actually purchased a full lab panel with far more than three tests. You would think they would honor the advertised price shown to customers at the front desk. While the service itself was quick, the lack of transparency and pricing integrity means I would not choose to do business with them again.
