“Windsor Creek Apartments is an amazing place to call home. My husband and I lived there for two and a half years and appreciated it every day. Leaving was incredibly hard because this place truly felt like home to us. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive, and the community is warm and inviting. “Sabrina the leasing manager was amazing very prompt and professional service, I was able to get moved in quickly and she made the process so easy 10 out of 10 I’d definitely recommend, I was greeted with snacks and a smile, Laci was also very helpful and welcoming, if you’re looking for a budget friendly convenient place to live Birchwood is the place to go!!”

“Nice quiet units. Management is very nice and responsive. Nevaeh is always in a great mood and ready to help in anyway possible. Maintenance is fantastic if you submit maintenance request through the resident portal it takes no longer than two days to get it fixed. The new laundry center is great as well they definitely provided good quality machines. The courtesy officer could definitely be a little more helpful with some minor issues around the property but overall I am very happy to call this place home.”

“We have not moved in yet, however; we are set to move in tomorrow. We are really excited due to bad experiences in the past with office staff. We have had family that lived here in the past and loved it! So far the process has been very good. They gave us a great move in deal and have helped with any problems so kindly even though I call multiple times a day with silly messages. There was one hiccup with our move in date, but the staff (I think her name was Ana) was super professional and polite about the issue and resolved it immediately. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will write another review throughout the time on our lease! :)”

“About a month into my rent with Oak Creek, and I have been continually satisfied with the effort and care the staff takes into taking care of their tenants. The front desk staff are especially remarkable and kind (shoutout to Maggie and Lauren), and Chuy & Bobby in facilities were very courteous, amiable, and knowledgable about what needed to be fixed. When our A/C went out, they were quick to provide alternatives and gave us continual updates. Living is comfortable, and community feels very safe. Highly recommend when openings are available!!”
“you get what you paid for and I would say it is the best place for low-income earners especially international students. for the price, i honestly believe it is a great place to live. The office staff are fantastic especially the guy. Maintenance is always available and fast. it is an old building so expect your stove, A/C and on-site washer and dryer to always have issues. The building get worn-out easily too. roaches is a common thing just because the building is old but they always fumigate just that it is not strong enough.i wish they can talk to tenants to stop littering everywhere. I also don't think the location is safe, as i was almost robbed one night just around the car park. scary tenants also live here. noisy tenants and marijuana smell everywhere.in summary. its a great place for the price.”

“People who for one reason or another are visited but you know it's good to guide another person who doesn't know how to go to seven places and doesn't know how to access it because when we do this thing of putting a recommendation it's good to buy because you feel like you're doing something productive. Although you don't get anything, you know that at some point it will be of use to someone else. God bless you.”
