“Have been living here for a little over a year and I’m happy w living at this complex. I love that there is a park so close by so I can get in my steps by walking laps. I feel safe in this apartment complex. I also feel safe and grateful towards the maintenance guys. Front desk is nice and helpful. I love that you can use the clubhouse to have events. I love that you can park anywhere that’s not covered. And I’m glad they stay on top of pest control! I live by the pool and heating the water fountain is so relaxing!”

“Moved in on a pinch for work, the application process was easy and got me in quick, i got the 1 bed renovated unit, looks good. you can tell they are working on renovating the entire property. overall I've had good experience. only had 1 minor issue , opened ticket and the maintenance tech fixed immediately. so far so good.”
“Definitely an upscale apartment. Lot of the times. I'm here to help a customer move from one apartment to the another within the complex or to a totally separate apartment. A lot of the times when people are done and ready to upgrade their bedroom set, we help either move it or remove it. Thank you so much”

“Love living here. Super close to campus which made life way easier, and the apartments are really spacious and modern. Junior at the office is really nice and actually responds when you need something, which is rare from past experience at other student housing lol. Never had issues with maintenance either. Garage is a huge plus.
Definitely recommend if you want a solid place near campus without the stress!!”
“Windsor Creek Apartments is an amazing place to call home. My husband and I lived there for two and a half years and appreciated it every day. Leaving was incredibly hard because this place truly felt like home to us. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive, and the community is warm and inviting. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient, and the pool and gym facilities are excellent. I highly recommend this wonderful place!”

“I have lived here for over half a year now and I am very pleased with my experience! The leasing office was welcoming and easy to work with when I was first touring apartments. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and the maintenance team is friendly, knowledgeable and organized.
I have 2 dogs and St. Abby’s is kind and friendly to them, and not having monthly pet rent, just the one-time pet fee, was also a big plus for me. I like walking my dog around the Greek Circle at night because of the big lights, so that’s also really convenient for night-time dog walkers!
My neighbors are also all friendly and welcoming. I am personally friends with a set of neighbors and pleasant with the rest, I’ve never had any issues or any complaints!
All in all I would absolutely recommend St. Abby’s to people looking at moving in!”

“Had a great experience for a year and a half. Timely maintenance and no issues regarding bugs or cleanliness. Gym has had nice upgrades and fair pricing for a one bedroom. Good place!”
“Lived there for 2 years and the staff is great. They have a nice, helpful and understanding management. And most of all they are actual humans. Not just people who will tell you to contact someone on the other side of the country try as is the case with some other residences in lubbock.”

“I've been here since may and I honestly wouldn't change my decision both of the ladies in the office are very sweet. The pool is open, the apartments aren't trashy maintenance is always making sure that everything is working properly..They are doing updates to the property. If I would of went off of previous ratings I would of missed a decent place to stay”

“This is a pretty good apartment complex. The apartments are better than average and the land lady is really nice and willing to work with you plus its already pretty affordable. The only thing keeping this review from 5 stars is the pool that they removed and don't plan on fixing.”
“When i stay there, it was very nice an i enjoyed it. They do fix things, they spray for roaches every 3 month, they let you know if they are comming for inspection, i hope i can go back to stay@@”
“I just moved in at The One and it is my first apartment after being in the dorms. It is 10 minutes away from campus but the bus route makes it worth it. The office workers did a great job at helping me with the lease. When I moved in, everything was clean and I am even happy with who they paired me up to live with. If I have any issues or questions, the management team helps me with all my questions.”
