SERVICE PROVIDERS BEWARE. We did an emergency electrical repair to restore power to the property for some of the residents after a storm this winter and we are still owed over $8,000. They paid 1/2 of their bill and asked for another 30 days and have been avoiding communication and will now have a lien filed on the property.

As of right now there has been no one in the office to speak to. How do they even function?Still no one in the office.
