“L. A. R. you are spot on for customer service. The appt was set up for 10 the next business day. Received a text saying Alec would be on site in approximately 20 minutes. He was! He made a quick and accurate diagnosis, explaining everything to me. The part had to be ordered and it might take several days. I gave the go-ahead. The NEXT day your office called. It was in. Alec could be here between 10-12 the NEXT day. At 930 this morning I received a text AND automated call saying Alec would be here in about 20 minutes. 20 on-the-dot he was here. Brought in equipment needed. It’s now 10:30. The repairs are done. The machine is humming. Alec is fastidious. Explained what he needed to do; did it; cleaned up his work area, and now he is on his way to make the next customer happy. I am so pleased. Your service call prices are reasonable, the service is excellent. What more can I say?!?! 5++ Stars!”
“We went to Home Zone Lauren took care of us She was so nice and knowledgeable. We are so excited about our new Speed Queen wash, and dryer. We've heard how wonderful they are!!!! “Evry time I've gone to look for items . I'm greeted at the door, and treated like a VIP . Anytime I've seen prices for the large box stores or wholesale clubs . Radiolab is alway lower or the same. So much nicer to be in a relaxed atmosphere with knowledgeable people assisting me .
They have a large selection of Appliances . I've bought many dishwashers for my personal and rental properties . Nowhere in Lubbock is close to their excellent service and prices ...
Can't wait for my new washer to be delivered ... they are excellent at installing and take away .”

“I went right before it closed at midnight I believe it was. I've driven past this place thousands of times and never knew what it was. I went and it's self serve so you write your own ticket, pump your water, calculate the cost @ I Believe ten cents a gallon and off you go. It's for like people filling up huge tanks, not for people like me and my 5 gallon bucket I had and made a mess with!!!”

“This home depot on 50th is great. Im there sometimes 5 days a week for work. The chick in plumbing is really knowledgeable and friendly. The other home depot is ok, but there's usually a bunch of diy'rs who dont know what they need or are even looking for, and they wont get out the way.”

“Our material wasn't packaged and secured properly so about $300 worth of material flew out the back of our truck. We searched until midnight and couldn't find it so we came back the next morning and David returned our material to us and let us know they had stuff available to secure next time. DAVID WAS VERY HELPFUL!!!”

“Great customer service. Assistance was provided as soon as we came in. Robby showed me options and gave multiple details of several couches. The options a ailable were vast. I was able to make a purchase the same day with delivery for a small fee scheduled next day. Ended up purchasing a couch and a new kitchen table.”
