I use to work for ARMSTRONG MCCALL IN ARIZONA, eventually they were all bought out and no more Armstrong McCall in my area, so when I visit my family I take advantage and shop here and take back with me to Arizona, the staff are so kind and helpful, I just love coming once every three months or so and shop here, I highly recommend this location. Love it.

I absolutely love this supply store over any other. I've been going to Armstrong and McCalls since I was in high school cosmetology. I learnt many little tricks and tips from the people working there then I ever learned in school. They always have time and patience for the tech that walks in for supplies. 5 stars!

When I walked into this store, I immediately felt judgement. I'm a student cosmetologist and chose to be more casual on my outing. Because of my choice of clothing, the employees looked at me as if I was an imposter and didn't consider that I had a license/permit or not. They are currently out of stock on most of their products, most of the products weren't priced, and I was peered at while walking around the store with condescending gazes. The judgement was unreal to the point where I didn't feel comfortable asking questions and nobody asked me if I needed help with anything. I really don't appreciate the costumer service and the environment of Armstrong McCall. If you need supplies for beauty, I would recommend going somewhere else.
