Novy is the most helpful AT&T person I have met in all my years of service. Very patient and knowledgeable of his store. I think he could handle running his own store very easily. If you want professionalism and knowledge ask for Novy. He is the guy to go to.

I came in to trade-in my old phone after having a frustrating experience at another AT&T location in town, and the difference was night and day!
Bryan took the time to ask clarifying questions and make sure he had all the information he needed rather than rushing through the process. He made sure we got all the promotional credits and benefits we were eligible for, and his thoroughness ended up saving me hundreds of dollars more than I expected.
He was also really easy to talk to, which made the whole process much more pleasant. Before I left, he gave me clear instructions on what to do if I had any issues, and said if I did, to come back in and he’d call and get it sorted out. I really appreciated the dedication and help and will come to this location first the next time I need anything.

Jennifer was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get my phone ready to use and answer lots of questions I had. Although the store was busy, she was understanding and patient and gave me her full attention. Thank you, Jennifer!

Had a great trade in experience at this location thanks to Bryan! Over the two visits we saw him, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and got us our new phones quickly. This location had a great waiting time compared to other ones in the city, and we couldn't recommend enough!

Ok I absolutely have to brag about my customer service at AT&T today. My helper was a guy named ethan, and he made my day completely. He ran through my purchase so smooth, I ended up walking out with new wireless internet, and I'm going to be paying way less than what I do no. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very very informative about deals that I am missing out on. I highly recommend going to the store just to see the customer service there.
