I was very upset with AT&T, ready to cancel all service. Chris, the manager, Damian and Kenneth worked diligently to find a resolution for my frustrating situation. After 3 1/2 hour with customer care it was resolve. Get professionalism, courtesy and patience. Stop by and get to meet great people.

I would not recommend this location at all. AT&T's customer service has gone significantly downhill over the past ten years but the level of 'I can't be bothered' by the manager, Chris, is next level. Little to no concern about much other than getting a sale. Did not listen to needs despite me asking questions for understanding. Did not offer solutions unless I specifically asked. I was not made aware that what he initially promised wasn't feasible or reasonable and I was misguided into a purchase without relevant facts. I will be looking for service elsewhere, due to my interactions with Chris. Which is sad, because myself and my family have had service with at&t for over ten years.

Ryan Johnson is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He does an amazing job! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I hope Ryan is provided with opportunity to excel in the company. He is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His customer service is superior and I hope he is recognized and rewarded for his service.

Angel was AMAZING! Like she went above and beyond for me. Her customer service skills were outstanding, I’m not being dramatic, she really was so helpful and we are so greatly for her time. My boys will be so happy with their new phones. When you go ask for Angel!!

Go to Sabastian for all your phone/internet needs. After having an online representative screw up our account for 4 days to the point my wife and I no longer had phone service and my line said “suspended” on our account, he was able to sort through the mess and fulfill the changes we were trying to make. Sabastian is very personable and made sorting out phone service enjoyable. He genuinely cares about what the customer wants to accomplish with the visit and takes his time making sure everything is perfect. We were on the verge of switching to a different provider because of the difficulties we had, but now we will be going to Sabastian for all our service needs.

Angel is a helpful and proactive. After moving into my new house we hit a bunch of bumps in the road trying to get internet; however, Angel did everything she could to get our ticket in. Not only was she persistent in getting us our services, but she was also keeping me updated in the process the whole time. 10/10 would recommend this store !

I’ve been a att customer for 4 years and recently wanted to start an internet account. Angel at the store was very helpful in helping me setting up an account my address is new so there were complications but she was so nice in helping me and getting it scheduled! My service technician Donald was super nice too because my address is new he had to set up completely new lines he was there for 4 hours! It’s all up and running it was the best experience I’ve had!!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would! Stopped in to purchase a few things while in town on vacation and the manager, I believe her name was Rosa, was without a doubt, the single most self entitled, selfish, unhelpful and unprofessional as possible to me. The minute I start to ask questions about a particular issue on my phone and if it could be resolved, she immediately starts to seem annoyed and clearly was not having it. Never have I ever felt so unappreciated. I've been a customer of the company for over 20+ years consecutively and because of Rosa, I'm going to be cancelling all my accounts which include home phone/wifi/cable, cell phone accounts for my family and ALL of my 12 work cell phone accounts that I provide for my employees and also the accounts that I have for wifi and landline phones at my business. I can assure you that my business is wanted by several other providers and I'm happy to go elsewhere. As long as you continue to employ such unpolished workers such as her, you will continue to lose business. This review is followed by an email I will send to corporate, a phone conversation with corporate customer service, a review on the Better Business Bureau, a complaint to the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, The FCC, Yelp reviews, The Federal Trade Commission, The Ripoff Report, The Investigation Teams at KCBD, KLBK, KAMC THEN I will share this same info on Twitter, Facebook, Angi, Snapchat, and Reddit. When I let you know that this is the extreme amount of work I will do to prove that Rosa is a condescending employee of ATT to customers, that should send several red flags. Never again will I work with ATT again.

We came in to upgrade a phone based on a deal we saw online. Bryan knew exactly what we were talking about, and he was very pleasant to deal with. Honestly, probably my best experience at a phone store. Will definitely come back here for our other phone upgrades.

Three years ago, I switched from AT&T to Sprint... what a mistake!! I decided to pop into AT&T on 114th & Quaker to switch back and wow, I'm so glad that I did! The service was fantastic. Chris took the time to show me different phone and plan options and was very patient during the "transfer" process. I had a few issues with the "port" process but not because of AT&T; it was because I could not recall my Sprint PIN. I went in the next day and again saw Chris. He contacted AT&T support who in turn contacted Sprint. The process was tedious but again, Chris was gracious and patient. I cannot say enough good things about this employee. Thank you so much for your help as I am so happy with my phone and even happier with AT&T's customer service.
