We were trying to switch to a new carrier & had been dealing with our phone being locked to the network in limbo not being able to do anything for almost two weeks. We’d been on the phone with customer service everyday for almost an hour at a time with no resolve. We’d came into this store and Shakinah helped us out she called customer service and was determined to get this fixed for us. After almost two hours on the phone she assured us the problem would be fixed within 24 hours & FINALLY woke up the next morning with my phone fixed!! So thankful for her patience and determination to help us out. Would recommend this location purely because of her customer service!!

I have been a long time customer of AT&T. Shekinah at the store on 50th and Boston is very knowledgeable and personable. She quickly resolved my issue and represented the company well.
A Great Experience and I would recommend her to a friend in the future!

My in store experience was extremely helpful. My experience with AT&T phone and chat services was one the worst of all times. I expected to receive a call concerning the terrible CS I received, but nothing. I'm lucky that the Keaghan had the intelligence and communication skills to actually answer my questions.

Shakierah was AMAZING! It’s the best feeling to walk in with a toddler on your hip and get amazing care so quick! Don’t sleep on this location!!! They aren’t usually as busy but have top notch service!! We won’t go anywhere else!!

Shakeirah’s customer service was amazing! She was patient and reassuring without being pushy. I was very hesitant about switching to AT&T after being with T-Mobile for over 10 years, and honestly, without her help, I probably wouldn’t have made the switch. Thanks to her, I’m now enjoying my new iPhone and AT&T service. On top of that, the store was spotless, and everyone was professional. It’s rare to receive such outstanding service these days, but Shakeirah made the experience seamless. She truly turned me into a customer!
