Dominique was incredible. We swapped out multiple phones and this had to have been the best experience I’ve ever had inside of an ATT store. He was incredibly nice and informative and made the entire process a breeze. Thank you!!

Poor attitude, Poor service and bad work ethic is what I've become used to. Wow what a treat. Dominique greeted me with a smile and kindness. I had hundreds of questions and he answered all of them. Many with details of why this or why that. He cleaned up my phone showing me how. He spent over 90 minutes helping me and knowing I wasn't looking to buy a phone. I could go on forever. A model employee. The world needs more like him. He deserves deserves a raise.

Walked into the store and no one greeted me . I've wanted 45 minutes and no service. It was the most disrespectful service I've ever encountered and I've been all over the united states. I'll never go back and I'm changing my service.

This is the absolute best AT&T Store in Lubbock. Their customer service and product knowledge is outstanding! You will not leave their store until everything you purchase is working properly. I had a various serious issue with my phone that was caused by trying to deal directly with Apple support. The 19th Street store knew exactly how to fix my phone. I could not be more pleased. I gladly give them 5 stars! I wish I would have know about them sooner.

John at ATT ON QUAKER 1910 is the bomb !!! he fixed the other AT&T’s mess up in like under a minute literally.Gave me no grief excellent manners awesome!, And he even help me wipe out my other iPad which the other AT&T people cannot figure out! BLESS HIS SOUL!

I was very upset with AT&T, ready to cancel all service. Chris, the manager, Damian and Kenneth worked diligently to find a resolution for my frustrating situation. After 3 1/2 hour with customer care it was resolve. Get professionalism, courtesy and patience. Stop by and get to meet great people.

I would not recommend this location at all. AT&T's customer service has gone significantly downhill over the past ten years but the level of 'I can't be bothered' by the manager, Chris, is next level. Little to no concern about much other than getting a sale. Did not listen to needs despite me asking questions for understanding. Did not offer solutions unless I specifically asked. I was not made aware that what he initially promised wasn't feasible or reasonable and I was misguided into a purchase without relevant facts. I will be looking for service elsewhere, due to my interactions with Chris. Which is sad, because myself and my family have had service with at&t for over ten years.
