I received the phone I purchased but was instructed to set it up at home without receiving a receipt or any assistance in creating an account to view my bill. The associate seemed more focused on rushing me out of the store than providing proper service. This place is a joke.

Came into the store for a few different things, Jonathan and Dausyn got all my issues taken care of. They were very knowledgeable and quickly resolved everything I needed.

Came in to see what was wrong with my phone and was greeted and helped by 3 gentlemen named Dawson, Johnathan, and Keegan one of them was in training and the other two made sure to help him and get my phone fixed promptly will be back

Went in to try to get Firstnet account and they were completely unhelpful. Employee told me to scan a QR code and try doing it myself. Employee also had to call manager to walk them through how to do this. I left without being helped. I told them I’d go somewhere else and they said “that other store should be able to help because they’re corporate.” Seems they weren’t interested in helping me in the first place.I recommend going down the street for a much better and helpful experience. I got it set up in less than 10 minutes.
