NOTHING BUT LIARS there. I got the new iPhone 15 pro and they told me $5.99 a month and the phone plan of $80 so should be like $86+tax. No im paying $130. To find out im paying $25 a month for phone, little fees and the amount for an upgrade when I told them im not upgrading. They sneak little fees. And when I got the phone they kept passing it around to each employee being sneaky. I hate AT&t

Cassandra was attentive to our needs for new iPhone 15 pro max while also multitasking and helping others. We bought 2 and she guided us through the whole process of setting them up. She was the only rep in the store but she was diligent and helped us all. She was excellent at taking care of her clients. Well done!

I had a terrible experience with AT&T. They ripped me off by not disclosing the insurance and upgrade fees upfront. When I got my bill, I was shocked to see these hidden charges. Avoid tho store

Went in Sunday to get a new phone… then realized I did not have my card on me (long story) came Monday to get the phone (yes I had my card) along with a new case, chargers, etc. Deziree (thank that is how you spell her name) was awesome! Everyone there are great people! I highly recommend shopping here at this location. I cannot think these great people enough. Even my two year had a great time as well. I was in and out FAST!!!! Which you will get anywhere else! I took my business over here due to a poor experience at one location closer to my house. I will continue to business here at this location! Keep up the work guys

Traded iPhone 11 for a iPhone 15 because the sales person told me it would be an even trade since I was getting $800 in credit for iPhone 11. Old bill was $78. New bill $163. And she added stuff on my account I never asked for and showed my account accessories I paid cash for I charged to my account. I’ll be coming inside store with my receipt. When I called customer service I told them if I had a iPhone 11 paid for obviously I didn’t have on that phone what I’m being charged now, why would I add on a new phone. They gave me credit for some. Stay away from store. Wish I lived in town but when I visit again, Im specifically going back to that store

What started out as going in to make a payment turned into something great! Cassandra politely asked when was the last time i have reviewed my account to make sure i am getting the best deals at&t has to offer. It had been awhile and Cassandra took the time to over look my account and found me some really great deals to save me some money in the long run. Cassandra was very patient and kept me informed as she was making the changes to my account and how they would benefit me as a customer. She was very respectful, knowledgeable of what she was doing and the questions i asked, and got me out in a timely manner. Overall great experience she is now my go to for future inquiries! Appreciate all of your help in getting me set up.

Was originally told I had 30 days to return a phone I was going to try, go back in on the 16th day of having the phone to return the item and was told it was 14 day return policy, I have 2 witness to agree I was told 30 days

Went to this store inquiring about prepaid transfer. Bryan was totally awesome. He was Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent customer service not only did he answer questions about the products but he demonstrated concern.

These people refuse to update the fiber line speeds in areas that they have a monopoly. They charge me about 90% over what the speed is worth. I pay $79 for 50MB of fiber! In Miami where I came from I paid $54 for 300MB of fiber. This price should really be $10 a month not an absurd close to $80

Christina was amazing. She helped me out with a problem i had with my phone. I went to other att stores. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my phone. I felt like I was bother them. I was walking around the mall and Decided to try one more time before switching to Verizon. And she was able to help me with my bill and myatt app. And answer all my questions. She was kind and smart.
