I went in today because my phone is having issues charging. So the lady told me they couldn’t do anything and my best bet is to go to Best Buy. I was thinking about paying this current phone off but she didn’t seem like she was interested in a sell or trying to help me out.

The guy who helped us. Shaquil, was his name. He greeted us as soon as we walked in. He helped us and answered all of my questions and explained everything in great detail. He made sure we had no more questions when we left and made sure we understood. He is a extraordinary example of what customer service should be.

They were prompt to greet me and get me help to take care of getting service w/ATT. It took almost 3 hrs! I was with Verizon but was very dissatisfied with them generally & wanted to change carriers. Verizon kept to their standard of poor service & it was painfully convoluted and slow! Glad to cut ties with Verizon! That being said, the point to this rambling story is that Stephanie, my service rep, stayed with me for almost 3 hours to get me switched over and all my info transferred from the old to new phone etc. She was the calm to my agitation with the whole process of leaving Verizon. Stephanie was great! Kudos to her. She deserves recognition for a job well done and well handled because the situation had the potential of disaster with the problems we had to overcome to switch me to ATT and my mounting frustration at how long it took. I am extreme busy right now and I did not have time to spend 3 hours at the phone store yesterday, I had many other things to do and people who needed me NOT to be gone so long. We persevered and got it done though,thanks to Stephanie!!!!! Yayyy ATT for having an employee like Stephanie!!!!

The service technician, Jonathan, is great. He has helped me twice and each time I was satisfied with the results. Jonathan is very knowledgeable of the products and processes to make your visit as quick as possible .

I cannot thank Mike Stine and his manager for THE most stress free experience at their Milwaukee location. You guys have no idea how much today’s interaction meant! Customer service is NOT LOST. Jennifer Salas was how you want employees to be. She treated me like she was helping one of her family members. I have gone to many AT&T stores and have never been treated with the kindness and respect like Jennifer did. I just happen to be a AT&T stock holder and I'm really happy with my service. My wife and daughter are going to come for new phones as well and I am going to request that Jennifer helps them as well.

I went to the AT&T store located at 82nd and Slide to set up a new line. It was nothing but a disaster. Today, I went into this location, and Shaq was nothing but understanding and very helpful. Shaq checked to make sure that everything was correct and went over my bill. The location is very clean, nice employees, and gave me confidence that AT&T will be a great provider.

This AT&T store access the phone from another person when it was already on an account and allowed them to open a new account under a new name which is bogus and the bill is still in the original person’s name being charged. I’ve contact now the original store and I cannot reach the Texas Does not ring
