Worst customer service. If you're not buying something THAT DAY, they won't help you at all. These people are numbers hunting sales machines and all they want is your money. Helping customers? No, not a priority at all. You're an inconvenience if you're not helping their quotas. I was in the store on 12/19/2023 at 9:45 am.....therefore the "worked all day" excuse doesn't apply. They simply don't care!

Whenever you go to this store ask for a young lady named Jennifer she was the most friendly and helpful out of anyone there! Would highly recommend her for any assistance ?

Having problems getting a refund when my August payment was credited to another account. When referred to a Customer service staff, they keep passing me to different people who continue to do the same thing.

We worked with Michael Stine to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 15. He was exceptional. Great customer service! In fact, he made switching our phones seamless. We will definitely be recommending him!

Shaq provided us with exceptional customer service, answered all of our question, and guided us through our upgrade/transfer process. We continue to go specifically to this location because of our experiences with JT and now Shaq. If AT&T as a whole served customers the same way these to representatives do, AT&T would dominate the mobile market.

My boyfriend and I went in Saturday to get his phone upgraded. We ended up switching to a family plan and got me a new phone as well. Shaq took care of us and was absolutely amazing!! The conversation, his knowledge, and sense of humor made the process so smooth. Thank you Shaq!!!

Went to catch up on Bill that was past due and add a line, customer service rep was fast, attentive, knowledgeable and even managed to save us money adding the line, love going to this location, never have I ever had another location be so fast!

Worst service in Lubbock. I switched from T-Mobile to att and have worse service with a higher bill. There's no 5g in Lubbock or anywhere near west Texas so don't believe the reps. Go with Verizon maybe idk. All I know is I regret getting into a contract with this place.

Higher prices mean more people standing around talking. While good for getting someone to talk to, it ain't great for people who don't like other people watching them. Also they try to force upgrade you by saying your device won't work when it does. Watch out.
