I really appreciate today’s service. I had a rough night and my window got practically vandalized. The lady Kim, who is honestly a God sent stunning beauty helped me with everything, not only did they service my car the same day but also didn’t charge me overwhelming prices. They helped me with a window regulator! I always have problems with windows so I will definitely come back to this place. They really earned a loyal customer today!

I had this place fill a small rock chip (smaller than a dime) when service was done the technician made the crack bigger than what it was. I showed the man in the front office and he gave me my money back. Guaranteed me 99.9% it will not spread. The next morning woke up to it spreading more than six inches. The guy which I’m assuming is the owner said he will not replace the windshield and it was “silly” for me to even suggest this. It was also stated that it was my fault for getting the rock in the windshield in the first place and quoted me to buy a new windshield for their mess up. My friends, family, coworkers and I have done a lot of business with them but no more.

Got my windshield replaced back in February to ship my car overseas. There was broken glass all over the place in my car. Now my car is in Guam and this is the first time it’s seen rain since my windshield replacement. Turns out, the windshield was not sealed properly causing a lot of water to leak in when it’s raining, or whenever I have to take it through a car wash. recommend paying the extra 100$ to get it done at a more reliable place.

Came to Lubbock for a game weekend. My Escalade took 2 rocks to the windshield and they began to spread. Showed up at 4:45 on a Friday and they squeezed me in. Great locally owned business close to campus. Thank you for all you help today!

We were driving towards Lubbock when a crack appeared in our windshield. At no cost, they did a fix on it so we could get to Austin without the crack getting worst. They are a very kind and professional business. Thank you.
