Marcus gave us great service. We came with a huge problem and he was nothing short of amazing and helpful. He went out of his way to make time to help us solve our problem and continued to go out of his way to help us.

Eva.L was a great help to me. Truck was making noise, so stopped by for free testing. No codes showed up, so they were not able to go any further. All the store staff was very friendly, would definitely use them again.

I called yesterday to inquire about a battery. I spoke with a very nice man named Paul. He was extremely helpful. We went through the different batteries. He also gave me the name of a person that could come out and put in the new battery for me. I highly recommend them. Customer service was excellent.!!!😎
Today, Monday, September 16, Abby from AutoZone on 50th St. came over and helped me replace a battery in my car. David also had assisted with this. I want to give a lot of credit to them because they did it with a smile on their face and they were absolutely awesome so I definitely want to recommend AutoZone on 50th St. and I definitely want to recognize both Abby and David. They were awesome.!!!!

Guy didnt put the roof top carrier on top of my jeep very well...i drove 10 minutes on tje highway and when i stopped to check it out, it had come unbuckled & couldve slid off...also both young men left me there by myself in the parking lot working on the carrier , etc and putting a tarp on by myself with wind blowing and didnt even bother to ask if i needed any help or just stop by me & mention they were leaving & to see if i felt safe there by myself and no other businesses open in
area... i was kinda worried about someone weird pulling up and bothering me...i didnt live in lubbock and was about to head back for denver so. I had to put stuff i bought there on my jeep there...no home to go to there.. .
