As the parent of a recent high school graduate, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the cap and gown from Balfour. The gold trim on the sleeves and the logo on the cap were a wonderful addition. Thank you!

Our local Balfour did an amazing job replacing incorrect announcements that were originally ordered online. After receiving my original order
i knew the announcements were incorrect. Therefore I contacted our local Balfour whose staff took charge and helped replace the order by phone & text. I received my replacement announcements in less than 3 days and they were perfect!!! Come to find out they print them locally. The staff did an excellent job providing great customer service.

The product quality is not professional. It looks like someone printed them on their home printer with a Walmart kit. The graduation invitations compared to the ones I ordered 2019 for my other child is embarrassing.
