Made an appointment a day in advanced because their waiting time usually sucks. Got a call an hour before my appointment to tell me that I got to go to another bank because they overbooked, however when I booked my appointment they had several time slots available so I guess they giving priority to other appointments booked after me

Worst bank ever. Always a long wait time. I understand some days they’ll be a rush of people coming in but have more than 1 teller out there to help with that. They never have more than 1 teller. It’s horrible. Hire another teller and have 2 out so your not wasting peoples time at the bank.

Bank of America has fraudulently reported false information to the credit bureaus. I have never opened a credit account with BoA but somehow they were able to report a 90 day late payment, a 30 day late payment, and a charge off of $745 to the credit bureaus. I have spent 20+ hours on the phone and have met with representatives in person, they admit fault every time and show I have never had a line of credit with them, yet they refuse to provide any documentation so I can get this removed from my credit score. I have disputed with the credit bureaus 3 times and BoA keeps VERIFYING THE INFO IS CORRECT!!!! This company is horrible! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! My credit score has been tanked because of them, thanks a lot BoA!

Long on apologies, short on service! BOA put a 2 day hold on a deposit written on a BOA account - and has now extended the hold for an additional 2 days because 'there is a lot of fraud associated with these transactions '. It's an insurance payment for repairs to my car. So I'm having to pay for a rental while my car sets at the shop ...fixed . Is BOA going to reimburse me for that? After many, many years as a BOA customer, I'm now banking at Chase.

The people here never answer the phone. They don’t understand how banks hold money. Honestly the worst branch I’ve dealt with for being a customer for 6+ years. I want change in this branch! Their attitude towards you is depressing.

They don't have a people to help customers for their banking needs. During their lunch time not everyone should have lunch together. They should always have one person to help customers. But instead they put up a written sign saying sorry for the inconvenience. This is what they really meant sorry can't help you.

One of the worst branches in terms of waiting time for a service like wire transfer or other that need to meet a banker. Please, have more bankers available to help people. Covid is not an execuse any more!!

I tried to open an account here, only because my wife has an account with Bank of America. Of course she hasn't used this branch. I'm disabled and standing for long times causes pain. I had to stand in line to get to teller for Almost 15 min. once there she couldn't help me and told me I needed to talk to someone else. Told me to wait in the waiting area for someone to come to me. I sat there for well over 45 min. Seen all kinds of people that came in after I did get served while I waited. I started thinking if this is how they treat someone trying to open an account. Can't imagine what it would be like once an account holder. I left with nothing done. Not looking back either.
